May I ask why? :)
Halo 4 is pretty much the only game at this point that will rival BLOPS 2. But even a great franchise like Halo will never trump COD in sales. COD sells.... and it sells BIG. There is no stopping that franchise from selling millions no matter how many people hate on it.
We could possibly see this later down the line. Now that they've shipped the Xbox 360 version, they can now put more focus on making the PS3 version a good port.
"So halo has a new camera view that angles everything from a 3rd person action point of view??"
Hmmm, can you sort of elaborate on this? Not sure what you mean by that.
Naughty Dog uses pre-rendered cutscenes. Naughty Dog even said so themselves in their BTS videos. One of the reasons they do this is so that they can mask the loading times within the cinematics.
They call this their "active cinematic experience" where the transition between cutscenes and gameplay is as seamless as possible using in-engine cinematics.
I'm about 95% sure on this. If I'm wrong about this info, please feel free to clarify. :)...
That list was a little..... Unnecessary.
Halo 3 had a LOT of hype riding on it. That's why it was so big for so long. Halo 4 should hold it's own this year against big games like Black Ops 2.
Man it's crazy to think about how big Halo 4 and Black Ops 2 are going to be. They're going to sell A LOT! o_O
I understand the backlash GTA IV received compared to previous GTA games, but to avoid completely? I don't think so. It's a great game.
Preference I guess.
The MoH: Warfighter beta was just not for me. I was really disappointed with it, nothing about it stood out from gameplay to graphics. Maybe I'll give the final game a shot later down the road. But I'm definitely not going to pay $60 for it.
People who played Halo 4 at events like E3 and RTX all say it definitely looks and plays like Halo should. MLG pro players also say you won't be disappointed with how multiplayer will turn out.
Obviously after Reach (with all the problems people had like armor lock, no ranks, etc..) players will be a bit skeptical. Campaign I'm not too worried about since it looks amazing. We shall see how the multiplayer turns out on release day. And trust me, there WILL be things t...
God I can't believe how bad the facial animations were in Halo 3. Just looking at Halo 4's (heck even Halo: Reach's) it's such a BIG leap.
What is that thing?! -

Now compare that to these:

I still haven't played The Witcher 2.... Shame on me! D:
Wow. I bet even YOU can't believe what you just said. Not all of us are kids that play COD. lol ;P
I don't see a lot of PS3 exclusives rendering 2,000 NPCs in a single battlefield, or open-world environments the player can explore.
Different games, engines, rendering targets, art, budget, etc..
I'd rather have the Halo MP formula than any other game. Yes it does take a while to kill someone, but imo that's what makes it competitive. In Halo, you ACTUALLY have a chance to kill a player even if he/she has the first shot on you. Heck, you could have your back completely turned with someone shooting at it and if you're skilled enough, you could STILL kill the player.
Aim for the body and then when their shields pop, one shot in the head. Strafe, strafe, stra...
I like Gamer Limit's review of it:
"Due to the unresponsive controls, you're going to have a lot of frustrating moments where you'll want to throw a controller against the wall - only you are the controller, which could end pretty badly for yourself."

lol
"Boring Art"
Well then Halo is something you should consider. That game will blast you with a LOT of color. Setup a firefight match with 3 other players, set infinite ammo... Bam.
You know it was not until I read this comment that I realized that L4D was not on PS3. I thought it was always on PS3. Guess not. lol
Well, now is a good time I guess to release them for the PS3. Left 4 Dead 3 please! :D
Most likely. While Cell proved itself later in the PS3's life cycle, it was just to cumbersome for developers. Sony obviously still want to deliver a powerhouse gaming console, but a lot more easier for developers to work with.
