I don't really care to see a return of Uncharted or TLOU as their BIG PRIME releases
Something more the size of Lost Legacy aka the size of any of their PS3 releases would be fine.
truthfully that's the size I'd prefer in general. they've shown they can produce high quality games at $40 and we wouldn't have 7 years between releases.
Idk, the demo was pretty good.
Last boss of it was tough and took me a long while, not because he was spongy, but because he was hard.
My impression is it's the equivalent of Path of Exile to Diablo
Somebody else became famous for the formula but this game is pushing it in a bigger and better direction than the original ips are willing to go.

My big issue is how long it takes to transition between open world and interiors in Online.
Sometimes it can take over a minute of just starring at a black screen.

As a Pro owner. I'm not sure how much has improved yet. It's BETTER, but like it wont get worse.
All the games I played had good pro boosts but I've heard about the messier ones.

And that game was Sonic and Sega All-stars Racing Transformed! (I'm ignoring the RPG part to push my story)
Now everybody's wondering what Nintendo is gonna do to topple the top Hedgehog with the new Mario Kart after years of Transformed dominating and everybody still playing it, servers full all the time, really easy to match up, especially with all that crossplay and matchmaking working...(Sega how could you release broken match making with Team Sonic Racing T^T)

What would make it Demon's Souls 2 and not feel like another Dark Souls? Genuinely curious.
They also seem to not want to get on Fromsoft's bad side or undercut them in any way. I think it's completely up to FS. (which is kinda funny cause FS themselves makes weird moves with their games whenever it's not Miyazaki helming the project. ie DS2 and Nightreign)

You can't just find the RIGHT people. This kind of thing didn't exist yet. FROMSOFTWARE started something huge and you could never see it unless you happen to get someone who not only gets a gut instinct but also the will and authority to act on it. You can't look back from 2025, you have to see it in a 2009 landscape. And Demon's Souls didn't even hit big, it wasn't until Dark Souls that it all started hitting, shortly after it's release in 2011.
