Agreed... I would understand if the stage was based on Mother 3, but it isn't.
I'll be honest here. Smash Bros 4 is a fantastic game, but the selection of characters, stages and music is very questionable, but it's all just my personal opinion.
Actually, Xenoblade is cutscene heavy and its story is easily better and more original than either one of the games you listed, except for Metal Gear of course, nothing tops that IMHO.
Forgot to add. I've played TLOU And both Bioshock 1 and Infinite and loved them. Just saying this because knowing N4G, I might as well get bombarded by the counter-troll Sony PD for saying anything even remotely criticizing about TLOU.
So? I also have a huge backlog left to play, but by the time I get MGS5, it's gonna be cheaper. Everyone wins.
@swice
An unknown concept to you, it seems.
You didn't have to be a total jerk to jriquelme, you know? He was merely asking a question, like he said, to the gaming community. And he's got the right to do so, buddy.
Maybe you could've spent your time writing an useful reply to the fella instead of dissing him in such a way.
Also, if by "pissing people off" you mean the automated fanboy turrets in here. W...
Needs moar Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.
Probably getting Bloodborne, might throw FF Type-0 in there too.
I'm being cautious about The Order though. Hype can be such a b****.
Still needs a lot of fixes I guess.
I haven't been able to accept the reward for the War Table quest "A Present for Bianca" for over a week now. Each time I try, the game kind of freezes. (PS4 version here)
*Game gets released on the best selling console in the market*
"the gaming industry is run by idiots who hate money and success."
WUT?
Considering that Xenoblade Chronicles X is the spiritual successor to arguably the best JRPG from last gen, and one of the best ever, I'd say "legendary" is not an overstatement.
Also, Mother 4 (fan made, approved by Shigesato Itoi) is coming out soon so you might wanna check that out. Being the huge Mother fan that I am, I sure will!
Sadly though, we're the minority here.
I get it, but this is Activision we're talking about here. They might still be able to offer an even more attractive contract to Bungie in order to produce more entries in the franchise. The money is there for both sides. And if stale franchises like Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed are still getting yearly releases, who's to say Activision won't follow suit with their more recent gold mine?
Only 3 installments? Haha... So naive.
I could say the same about people obsessing over 1080p.
At least framerate does alter the experience dramatically.
In all honesty, I'd be okay if they decided to lower the game's resolution in order to achieve a locked or really stable 60fps. The game looks amazing already anyway.
It was pretty cool... Until it froze over 10 times when approaching Las Hermanas. That seriously sucked.
Oh my God... You're simply PERFECT!
How can you achieve being such a compilation of all that's wrong with humanity? Just how do you gather such bad grammar, moronic statements, ignorant claims and pretending not to be underage while debating on an internet forum. All into one entity by the nothing short of brilliant name of Macdaddy71?!
I almost got cancer while reading that. It's so stereotypically perfect. *sheds tear*
Short answer, no. Long answer.............. NO!
Publishers should face the consequences of releasing unfinished games at their worst!
Either way, I'm sure Unity was nothing short of a financial success. Which saddens me, because A, people keep buying yearly releases and B, because why in hell would you still play Assassin's Creed? It's been literally the same game since Brotherhood (because of the inclusion of a big city to explore).
They're not even close. Superman 64 is literally one of the worst games ever.
Sonic Boom, while really bad, at least tries.
I don't know, man. This is the same company that pulled the Wavebird out of the market even though the Wii was fully backwards compatible. In fact, looking back, that STILL pisses me off...
@xHeavYx
That's quite an ignorant comment and you know it.
Even then, and interestingly enough, gamers in their 20s tend to appreciate Nintendo games more so than younger generations, so it's not like Nintendo only appeals to new gamers that have never tried their offerings.
Holy s***! It's like one of those crappy video game creepypastas come true!
Want to make it creepier? Stare at these pics with Giygas theme playing on the background
If Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem gets formally announced for 2015, it's gonna jump a couple of spaces in my must play RPGs list
