You would be a hater too if you spent $400 for an inferior piece of hardware with hardly any good exclusive games and a slew of multi-platforms that usually look like a pile of poo compared to their 360 counterparts.

Just from some of the stupid posts I see from you guys I imagine a group of scientists should look into it. You do realize that most estimates put the 360 at about even with the PS3 in Europe?

The game looks THIS good.
newsflash: this game is over-rated. it starts out awesome but then loses considerable steam towards the middle. still, it has some awesome moments interspersed in the last half but I thought the end is weak, both endings that is.

The fact that the 2007 game of the year took a year longer to end up on the PS3 and still looks considerably better on the X360 doesn't matter. Heck, 2K should have just pooped on a piece of tissue paper, called it Bioshock, put a PS3 label on it, and all would be good and wholesome in Sony nation.

Even 2K admitted they screwed up in an offical forum. maybe they'll try to patch it but I doubt you can put a patch on the weak PS3 GPU that can't handle textures and maxes out just trying to anti-alias. however, have fun in your dream world. I knew something bad would happen when 2K washed their hands of the port and handed it over to another lesser known developer midway through the process. It was like they gave up.
maybe it's true. If I go to Best Buy and ask who makes the best bluray player they will probably tell me Sony. this stuff happens all the time at different stores and it's perfectly ethical and fair.

don't hold your breathe. the 360 has a bunch of potential AAA titles coming out in 2009 also (Huxley, Mass Effect 2, Halo Wars, Bungie's Halo project, Alan Wake, etc)
Both of the companies have "big guns" coming out next year. we'll just have to wait and see which guns are bigger.
whatever. i was at a gamestop a couple months ago and an employee was talking trash about the X360 to another employee. it's pretty obvious that from most of their articles and previews that bitbag is a sony fanboy site just coming up with more excuses for why more people want to buy an X360.
this footage looks pretty awesome. it's the little things that makes GOW2 so good. like the details of the animations when you switch weapons or reload. Also, when you seek cover behind an object it completely removes you from line of sight unlike say COD4 where you'll hide behind something and your head will still be sticking out. You really have to play Gears of War to understand that it's not just the graphics it's the little things that make it so awesome.

Me, personally, I think Resistance 2 looks like generic Halo wanna-be crap but I don't go posting my opinion on Resistance 2 forums because I just don't care. I don't own a PS3 and the lack of quality games for the console is not my problem.

it's multiplayer. there is no AI. Those are real players playing those characters. It also appears everyone involved in this game aren't that good.
Maybe if you save up enough nickels from your paper route then you can buy a real gaming system until then you can always pretend that Resistance 2 isn't going to flop. Ever thought of getting a second job as a Wal-Mart greeter?

Sorry that Resistance 2 looks like a generic Halo wanna-be and will probably get reviews in the 70's. I watched the most recent trailer and got flashbacks of Haze.

before you disagree, compare the characters in JRPGs to western rpgs like World of Warcraft, Mass Effect, and Fable 2.
In Mass effect you pretty much determine how you look at the beginning, male or female. In WOW you can pick from a bunch of characters of different races and genders. Finally, in Fable you can end up lookng like literally anything or anyone depending on how you play the game....
but it is fun to watch them try to convince themselves that a platformer with a level editor is a gaming revolution.
Previewers seem unable to contain their enthusiasm for this game despite a strict embargo from Microsoft.
