So you're a "True gamer" because you play Xbox? You're a fanboy crying about fanboys.
A true gamer loves games despite what console they prefer. Owning all consoles doesn't make you a "True gamer" either. I see too many complaints (on N4G) about every game released to believe many "True gamers" even exist on N4G.
I see an X1 exclusive once and while I would probably enjoy. Does that warrant a X1 purchase? Not in...
VR isn't something they can just tack on. It would cause a MAJOR delay to add VR. This delay is more likely for QA testing, bug fixes and to polish, for both SP and MP.
Xbox is the kid who has never won anything but mommy still gives him a trophy and assures him he is a winner in her heart.
My PS4 is nearing 2 years old and I literally never hear a peep from it. And it sits maybe 3 feet away from me so I can reach it easily.
And hipsters hate anything and everything that becomes popular in the mainstream. I only know a couple hipsters through work and they despise all things PlayStation.
I'm older and still love what PlayStation has to offer more than the competition. I could buy an X1 but don't see any game(s) that warrant the consoles price tag. I have also bought the Wii/Wii U which my 9 year old son thoroughly enjoys, and his sisters prefer their PS3. So I'll continue enjoying the PS4.
P.S. I was excited about Titan Fall till its release and I seen how barebones the game was. However, I'm excited once again for Titan Fall 2 and happy th...
Nintendo has been around since "85 in America. The NES (Famicom) actually launched in "83 in japan. "83 in America was the year the American gaming market imploded in on itself, the entire video game market in America crashed and burned and was considered dead.
Technically Nintendo is not in anyway, shape or form launching late, the Wii U launched alongside PS4/X1. The NX isn't their current gen offering, it will kick of the next gen of consoles. That is if it's a console in the traditional sense of the word. But Nintendo is launching the next gen with NX, not joining the party late.
@Vhampir
It makes no difference if the cables support 4K if the machine itself is not powerful enough to output in 4K. I can throw racing slicks on a Pinto, but that doesn't mean I'll win any races.
I remember playing Marble Madness on the NES using the Powerglove. Simple fun mechanics that were very hard to master. You didn't simply move a marble, you manipulated the environment to move the marble from start to finish.
Or maybe he was presented with a job offer he couldn't refuse.
I didn't play the trilogy but am keeping an eye on this game. However, something tells me you will call anyone who buys this game (as well as many other big budget games) a follower, I guess bc only leaders refuse to play games. I buy what interests me, not what interests you or anyone else, and I'm usually not disappointed, I'm looking at you WCW Nitro (N64), yeah I remember you.
You will never see X1 output anything in 4K, especially a game.
I knew PS4 can output 4K for movies, but your comment is the first time I've heard M$'s underpowered machine could do so also.
I predict you'll make it as a stand up comedian bc your comment is a joke and made me laugh and laugh lol.
P.S. When gaming is limited to mobile, tablets and PC I'll cease to be a gamer.
Edit: I couldn't help myself, read your comment again LMFAO. Funny guy. You. You. You're a very Funny guy.
Yes 360 and PS3 eventually became profitable hardware but the X1 brand is still in the red and the PlayStation brand is in the green (and one of Sony's most profitable divisions)
And Xbox has yet to make anything worth owning a Xbox
I've never owned a Xbox. My brother in law had the original Xbox, one of my brothers as well as a few friends owned 360's, so I've been able to play some Xbox exclusives. I haver been happier having PlayStations (1,2,3,4) more, especially when seeing what the competition had on offer.
I remember visiting my cousin who was playing Halo 3 and the look on his face when he offered me the controller and I said "pass" lol. He was shocked and in disbelief. He st...
I just picked up a PS3 and 5 Games $179
Before this article I've noticed 90% of the Xbox users on N4G shared your sentiment. Everytime JRPG topic comes up (or genre diversity), many commentors say they own Xbox and don't want JRPG's. Hence why so many comments here claim they won't sell on Xbox.
I say enjoy KH3 on Xbox and if it sells well then maybe they'll port the HD remasters.
