More like redheaded step-son.
Thank you, someone understands basic business.
Bundles and price are known before E3 is even setup.
You can't change that much and to think otherwise is delusional.
Pulling a game from a show at the last minute is one thing, though I doubt that's true. However, you cannot change a bundle and pricing in just hours, this is set weeks before they arrive. Even after M$ announced all their 180', several months wasn't enough time to remove online check-ins/DRM so they had to do it via day 1 patch.
Upscale it, add the DLC and it's an instant buy for my PS4.
Have you watched gameplay? Of course you'll have dying animations, I seen one were the player was knocked to the ground, pinned down and had his legs ripped off simultaneously. I'm sure there are many more for a gruesome game like Doom.
I see Knack hitting Plus a month or two before the sequel launches in order to hopefully generate interest in the sequel.
I rarely ever see downtime on PS4, and it's always on between myself and my wife.
@xasz
The difference is hardware sales. They prefer Xbox sales because that means the customer bought their console . On the PC side they'll lose money from pirating, which will happen.
The melee weapons have been out awhile now and I've been killed by them but have yet to acquire one myself, so I'm not very confident I'll get any of the new guns anytime soon.
I play all the time and spend cryptokeys constantly on rare supply drops, yet I have never gotten a weapon. I have never even gotten one of the melee weapons (brass knuckles, wrench, etc.) previously introduced. I won't pay cash for drops but wish they could make sure weapons get dropped more often. It is just frustrating for daily players who see new weapons but never get any themselves.
I play Black Ops 3 almost daily (full-time 3rd shifter) and I buy only rare supply drops (free drops only) and have never gotten a weapon. Not even one of the new melee weapons they introduced last month.
Sony already stated 2 things about the price.
1: it will be priced like a new console.
2: sony is prepared to sell PSVR at a loss in order to move units.
I for one am definitely buying PSVR as soon as possible.
That could potentially be amazing.
Why not compare Destiny and The Division? I know it's a radical concept, but comparing two somewhat similar games actually make more since.
A much better comparison would be between Destiny and The Division.
It's AMAZING! If anything, buy these devices and throw away Xbox controllers in favor of the DS4.
I'll stick DS4, and I've used it on the PS3 without buying this crap. Just plug the DS4 into the PS3 via the USB cable and power it on to sync it, Sony added this feature over a year ago.
But then ask yourself this: why would they go through the trouble of paying for a single death animation and not include it as well as others in game? My opinion is we won't be disappointed with death animations.
