if ebay sales up it means a) people really want the console so are buying it or b) noone wants the console so everyone is selling it. Looks like we all agree that these ebay statistics are useless.
Nice to see games with a twist. This and LA Noire are the ones I am watching out for these two games are gonna get great reviews.
If you read my post history you will see I am pro PS3 in more than half of my posts. Probably the only thing I dislike about the PS3 is the controller and I am still buying one for games that arent shooters so STFU.

that mops the floor with killzone2 gameplay footage. It has come so far in such a small amount of time. Bungie should not have released any of the previous footage.
And how exactly will the firmware update do this? Is the PS3 going to magically pick up the tv signal? There will have to be a hardware tvtuner addon to input the signal in additi0on to a firmware update. I have seen them for laptops and they are very small inexpensive usb gizmos which will most likely be the case. This is a very cool feature coming to ps3.

I just did the math. If ps3 outsells xbox360 by 28k a week it will take 48 years for ps3 to close the gap with the 360. the math is based on a 7 million unit lead by the xbox currently. 7,000,000 divided by 28k = 2500 weeks, divided by 52(weeks) = 48 years. Even if the 360 was only 3.5 million ahead we are still looking at 24 years. The point of this is ps3 needs to do better.

i was one of those people so feel free to throw it in my face. I am still surprised by the outcome however I have to say that Sony is doing by far the better job of promoting their product. They deserve to win because of that. Whoever is head of the HDDVD group needs his peepee slapped for dropping the ball. In the end i am happy cause its just one more reason for me to buy ps3 which i secretely want. Wardevil isthe final deciding factor for me.

fast refresh rates for games and movies. lcd that have more than 8 ms response are noticebly crappy for high speed motion in movies and games. sharp aquos is the fastest i kno of with 6ms and less depending on mode. some tv's have a game mode which turns off some image processing features that slow the response time. Samsung has the game feature. I have a samsung thats not bad but i am getting the aquos 1080p as soon as i get a ps3.

Where are the URT3 books, graphic novels, collectable toys, 7 million pr-orders, and most importantly wheres the story line. Generic run n gun games cant compete with halo. Sorry man but the sales speak for themselves. the fact that you post in the comments section is proof enough that this game is going to eat your whole family for breakfast.
not to many facilities setup for producing bluray disks. Wasnt it stated way back how Sony was keeping tight controls on the output? Just a thought. My gramma can burn a dvd9. allot of bluray realeases coming now may be backlogging the production.

Ports suck. having seperate dev teams for each console is the way to go even if its the same game. I am anxiously waiting to see what a focused devloper like this can squeeze outta the PS3. Games like HS Killzone2 and MGS prove that the ps3 can push out top drawer graphics. I just want to see more.
