I prefer Call of Duty 4 since the online and offline are very addicting and reminds me of Goldeneye 64 (substitute online for the multiplayer); the only thing Halo 3 had that I've seen was easy achievements and the online wasn't as fun as hyped.
Blame bad parenting not video games...
Before video games it was movies, before then it was music, before then it was TV, before then books, before then...
It's a trend that will never end because lazy parents need something to blame when their child/children do something wrong. I played violent video games growing up and I don't go and do something stupid, why? Because I was raised right.
Sounds like Windows Vista with the "let customers find the problems" crap.
Makes you wonder sometimes which is more important to a company; making quick money OR producing quality hardware/software.
I also agree they should test their products 100% (not 99%) before releasing it; I understand there's going to be some problems however something so obvious or common shouldn't be allowed to pass inspection, or provide some sort of disclaimer saying "Not...
I buy whats fits my tastes, not what everyone else says or what someone else's opinion is. If I based my gaming on someone elses opinion I would have EVERY overhyped game created and argue why its the best basing my arguments only from the internet and/or magazines.
Seriously how does "achievements" and "online" help make a better game? Before achievements and online there was something called innovation, imagination, and having fun. Now companies make it a...
I'll give this a shot, however I still prefer DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) for exercise.
Ok here's a couple of things to keep in mind;
First of all a lot of you people kept going on about how the game should stay off Xbox, and stay as a classic kept in its cartridge format. Yet Nintendo says no, now a lot of people are acting like Nintendo is the enemy.
Second its still RUMOR not FACT. Unless there's some sort of confirmation on the issue everyone with some negative comment about Nintendo is basically proving how stupid you really are. Seriously read ...
Not a bad game, need to fix the online a bit though. Seven hours after buying the game I already beat it, decent ending; don't mind playing it through to get all the coins since its reminds me of Uncharted playing-wise.
Now to port Dead Rising so I can play a side story of Resident Evil without having to buy another console.
I'm gonna quit myspace and IMVU if this is good (key word IF).
I'd personally would rather Killer Instinct over Goldeneye 64 since Goldeneye is something you can't "remake" otherwise it would kill the whole genre it started 11 years ago.
That entire article doesn't make sense; however that's personal perception (I did read the whole article in that link).
The whole "Exclusive DLC (Downloadable Content)" sounds more like someone who wants to start another fanboy console war (or was paid to say that); I want to hear from Rockstar themselves confirming that statement. Until then It's another journalist that speaks nothing but false rumors.
On a side note I'm still keeping my pre order for t...
That picture is kinda funny, reminds me of the Sega/Nintendo days.
Back to reality - fanboys do get on my nerves, especially when all they talk about is console sales and the same "X" game is better than "Y" console all together.
Marriage is the number one cause of divorce.
Seriously I was addicted to Final Fantasy 11 then I bought Uncharted and Call of Duty 4 for the PS3...
Rumble patch alone would make the game far better, and how about some type of expansion disc to extend the game?
I work as a tech support for a computer company so I can vouch not all of the people on the phone staring at a computer screen are idiots; sometimes its based on the customer attitude. You call in tech support cursing and screaming they won't be as helpful; on the other side if your calm and cool about it your going to get more positive responses, or at least someone who will go that extra mile to guide you in the right direction.
However I do feel this was one of those situatio...
Women like her make it harder for me to even want to date if all they are going to do is complain about what I do that doesn't involve anything illegal. If video games make me "childish" so be it; I work as a tech support for a computer company, and I play PSP/DS everyday at work while on the phone (muted), and you know what - I solve issues within a timely matter while I'm playing Pokemon or Castlevania SotN. My supervisor is female and doesn't care I played my games as long as t...
Achievements from my experience is an excuse to make a bad game playable. I'm down for achievements if it unlocks some type of content or used to purchase something from an online stores; not for bragging rights.
I can already see this argument from a mile away...
"360 version is better because it has Achievements"
I'm also certain some idiot with too much time on their hands is going to make some video showing some sort of glitch to argue that one version is way more superior than the other.
I'm still going to buy the PS3 version because I've played GTA on the PlayStation through the entire series and I want to keep it consistent.
I definitely want to play this; finally a game that will not put me to sleep after level-grinding Final Fantasy 11.
This is proof that we need to re-write what "Freedom of speech" means; if he wants to be biased towards everything let him, he's only hurting himself and his company.
I used to read EGM until I noticed a big amount of "Bad Playstation games" regardless of who/what made them. Seriously there's no way you can convince me that EVERY game on both 360/PS3 is far better on the 360 regardless of features; and what really upsets me is the majority of the magazine p...
Since I never had a girlfriend I'll pick video games :D
At least they don't complain, whine, or force you to do something you don't like later. Oh and to all the people who say sex is better; your getting the same "pink cookies" you had a few days ago...
