First it was the hot coffee fiasco in San Andreas and now Drunk Driving in 4, don't people have better things to do than find real life puns in a video game? Yes drunk driving is a serious matter and yes its a sad topic for many people however its a video game, get over it. Do they go and parade movie companies over the same issue?
I''l rent Haze first incase its a game that can be beaten within a weekend.
Why do we care about a game that takes 8 hours to beat first try and very low replay value? Interesting story, good plot twist (yes I've played it my gamercard proves it) however once you beat it unless your an achievement whore or you missed something story-wise (or trying for the good ending) there's really nothing else.
What they mean to say is "Used to be the Best," seriously I lost faith in Nintendo after the 64, and ever since all they've done was re-invent the wheel with Mario, Zelda, and Metroid.
I had the Wii for 34 days and I don't see what the big hype is about it; so far I'm having some sort of play value with the 360 (and a major play value with my PS3), so in theory opening my horizons made me realize Nintendo lost their edge, and a big customer.
This is really getting old, who cares what version is better if it matters THAT much the people who are that judgmental shouldn't play the game.
The first one I played a little bit on an emulator (poor translation) but it plays sort of like 2 with added voice every 5-10 minutes; the second one I received all 86 endings when it first came out back in 98-99. I'd buy it though since I want to see what new features they added.
For the final time, does it really matter what someone on the internet says about which version to get?
I'm still buying both versions to see for myself which is better to me
If it wasn't for the Sega CD or the 32X the current consoles out now would be considered "new" rather than "Existing." Yes the Turbo Grafix 16 had the CD but it wasn't as main streamed; and the N64 wouldn't have been as successful at the time.
I commended Sega because they weren't scared to try something new even if it meant losing a lot of money because in the end someone had to start a revolution; they also proved just because something is old doesn't mea...
Didn't Bungie already verify there was no Halo 4, only Halo Wars?
Outside the Controller and motion sickness from Sonic Adventure I say it was a major upgrade from the Genesis (I liked Genesis over SNES for personal reasons although I owned both systems), too bad it died around the time my PS2 hit I wanted to see Sega fight against Sony.
One type of achievement I can't stand is when it involves online play, promotes heavy cheating; part of the reason why I prefer Call of Duty 4, 0 online-related achievements. However Gears of War with playing Co-Op is the only type I can tolerate since it promotes more of teamwork rather than cheating (outside the player vs player crap).
Whats wrong with liking both? One has story, the other has play style, I ask who cares?
Most of the fanboys I've met in real life usually speak from what they read off the net or what the "Crowd" likes; online its usually just for the attention using "NPD" and "VGChartz" as plausible arguments with the same rehashed list of games coming.
One thing that really gets under my skin about fanboys; when someone (Player A) who owns the current console set speaking their mind of what they like/dislike, you have those same few people (Group A)...
From Fed EX I can vouch they get an A+ in f-cking up people's orders and doing this to customers. I work for a computer manufacturer and we get countless calls from people complaining to us about their boxes; which we then conference call Fed EX to get things straighten out.
About the 360 situation that is messed up if someone can provide proof and yet still says they "stole" the system; thats laziness on their part and Fed EX.
At my job a lot of people hack their PSP to play games that are either discontinued (Marvel vs Capcom) or to play games that aren't available on the PSP (Tekken 3). It's not to infringe copyright (bootleg for my people) but to play what's not available for the system.
I had the Wii for a month and didn't like the game selection; the only real game I played was Mario Lost Levels. Sold the Wii and bought the 360 Elite; so far the Elite has far more playing time than the Wii did.
Sounds like a publicity stunt or a way to hype the game even more.
However if they did delay the game I will cancel my pre-order (I have both the 360 and PS3 special edition versions) and boycott EA 100% even if it means missing out on some games; I refuse to support a company who wants to "hold" a game just to build even more player base to rival Halo 3. To them thats one person gone but to me thats another $120+ another company will see who actually supports their ...
I have to disagree and say Sonic 3 with Knuckles and Sonic CD
However 2 was really good for its time
Now that I officially have Gold Live there's a couple of things I want to see them change
1. Some sort of lobby to chat with other gamers without having to actually be in a game
2. Stop booting me off at random times (its annoying to connect to Lost Planet then have to re-connect the second live decides to kick people off). On PSN I can stay connected for days on end and never lose connection, on Live I'm lucky to go 3 hours before having to reconnect again.
...
I'll stick to DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) where I can actually get a work out AND improve my foot coordination. WiiFit looks like something that would get old fast, and I'm more of a person who likes to listen to music, and work out in a public place to interact with people who are like me in losing weight.
