Because Ramierez can only do so many things at once, that he has to rely on the actions of others in order to accomplish his own goals.
You don't have to constantly upgrade, gaminoz.
That's such a huge misconception!
Back in the day a good graphics card would maybe last you a year, but now a budget card can last you two minimum, and a top-of-the-line card will take over five years to be useless!
In summary, to each his own.
@GMM
I think what they meant by "essence of perfection" is that it's nearly perfect, but obviously there are some inherent flaws. That's usually when the phrase is used, hehe.
What was that about, lol? Are you saying you don't get what the author meant and the corresponding score?
Even though not direct competitors, looks like Gears ultimately triumphed over Resistance in quality in the end!
If you're a fan of id shooters, then it's heaven on Earth. Take that from someone who's had time with the game. :)
Gentlemen, I keep my tongue in cheek most of the time, but this is high quality bullcrap.
It's a blatant middle finger to the Oz crowd.
I didn't know Xbox invented the color green.
It really is, as the title says, the definitive Resistance title.
Very good piece, and it's great that you Oz folk have this day.
Senior year of high school I had a friend attempt to hang himself, because he failed a final and was denied financial aid for college. It shook me up for weeks, and simply asking the question of "Are you okay?" truly can save a life.
I think what the RPG genre needs to strike is a chord between fun and realism.
What gaminoz said about Oblivion was prevalent in many Fallout titles, chiefly New Vegas; one character dying can fail an entire quest line.
It attempted to be different with an unconventional approach to the combat, but ultimately zombies need to stay in their grave...
Precisely.
It'd have to be toned down and adjusted for consoles, and it literally wouldn't be the same game. Thusly why it's PC exclusive... and Tripwire has been doing just fine on PC only :)
looks like they fixed it! Looks like a very interesting line up... that Red Dead Record title intrigues me.
I think if they continue with the Conviction direction, it will still be exclusive. But if they go back to the old style, it'll be multiplat as to "reach a wider audience." (I hate that phrase so much!)
A few things and I believe two screens were shown about a month or two ago, Google searching might suffice.
Lucky Oz folk...
This is amazing. I have a lot of oz buddies that enjoy Red Orchestra, and now they can be at ease.
Those PC screenshots are phenomenal...
