Am I the only person never to feel motion sickness from playing a video game?
I've been mulling over which "hardcore" system to buy for the last few months. With the imminent arrivals of Eternal Sonata, Bioshock, and Mass Effect on the PS3 by sometime in 2008 - there's no way it's worth getting a 360. I'm not actually buying the new system until probably sometime in the Spring, but the scale is heavily weighted towards the PS3 side. MS is really screwing themselves over...
I don't see why people have to hate on Galaxy just to feel better about the great games on their own systems. I have news for you fanboys - Mass Effect, Halo 3, Uncharted, R&C, etc. are all great games regardless of whether or not Mario Galaxy is, and regardless of how Mario Galaxy is reviewed. Surprise!

Besides Mario Galaxy I'm planning on buying one other game next week, and this review makes my decision that much tougher. I think as long as lag isn't an issue, the 32 player multiplayer and great controls of this game may help it beat out the other games I was looking at...

This game could be EPIC.
It's a pretty good list, with a couple of exceptions.
I think the PS3 could be a spot or two higher.
And I think the 360 Arcade should make absolutely ZERO good deal lists - because it sucks. It should be replaced on the list by the 360 Premium system - which is a decent buy.
Some of that...actually looked kind of fun. I'm surprised, I thought this "game" was going to be really boring. Can we get a 1080 Wii or Snowboard Kids Wii game now?
