Or the lack of hype for ms has games that surprise you.
It's all in the hype. I find myself loving games more when I have absolutely 0 hype for it.
Old socom would struggle in this shooter generation. Hence knack.
I play games to play what the dev is trying to give me. Maybe I'm just easily amused.
I think the over hype for the console clouded people's perspective on all these games. Everyone over hypes things and then the game can't live up to the hype, because your mind needs to be blown away.
Would be curious to see what these reviews would get if they came out on ps3 with ps3 graphics.
Because you've had it for a couple of months?
And the 360 by one of the pictures.
Yeah, the internet has a way of over inflating this. Of course there are cases of this happening. I just wish they were indicative of true hardware ratio.
The way I view it is... bare with me trying to explain... let's take the dpad. The way I view it is the amount of dpad clicks (steps) to get to you ultimately want most while ultimately looking at less.
The way I perceive it is that x1 has a lot of tiles to traverse on a two d scale. Ps4 is a sliding line graph. Simple.
Keep in mind I view it with this mind: Voice commands are on both systems, however I'm not actually involving that argument. A lot of...
I'm not so sure that a joystick integration VS a mouse integration are so different in these circumstances.
People, voice technology is a slow curve, but we all want it. Siri and Google mess up a lot, but apparently you think the Mic 6 or more feet away from you will do better than your phone at ideal distance of ~6 inches?
I haven't given up on the Kinect's ability, but I'm still very skeptical.
Just search for "playstation" on google play.
Have yet to try on my ipad.
Downloaded! Only 45 hours to go (rounding)! Excited!
I don't get how any of that review said, "take XO version any day."
It didn't favor it. It just didn't get the negative reviews that you thought it was going to have and went on to say that he couldn't see the differences.
It still stands that some people can see the differences (especially PC gamers) and most of us will in the course of the next few years as our eyes start noticing the differences from ps3/360 generation to the new generation.
I think we need to start separating MP and SP sometimes. Example: If I was reading this review because I wanted a SP campaign, there's no way I'd look at this and go, "88/100."
Hold on, before you jump down my throat with, "But you get COD for MP!" Yes, you do get COD for MP, but all I'm saying is if you have to rate the whole disc experience, how do you fairly rate an underwhelming SP in conjunction with a good or better MP? Why not just s...
I feel like F2P is good and bad and it comes down to the company providing the game. So, I don't think it needs to die (but some companies in F2P do), just consumers need to be aware of what they are getting into.
It really just comes down to getting the feel of the ones that are just trying to steal your money (dragon's nest, Rohan) vs the one's that actually offer a quality free to play experience (WarFrame, Planetside2).
Ha! I know. Half the time I get done with the gameplay segment, drop the controller to "relax" a little, and then a button prompt jumps on to the screen and I die... :(
I would like to see more cross platform. Portal 2, if Dungeon defenders had ever lived up to their promise of it that would have been nice.
Yeah, I've never bashed the 360's controller; I learned a lot from it. I just never cared for asymmetrical sticks.
I know this sounds weird, but I just hope I can keep pulling down my pointer fingers off of the triggers to hit the action buttons on the right side of the pads.
I get you like the controller more, but I still don't get what your run-on sentence says with, "...plug and play from quite some time..."
Was that a reference to the charge kit? P&P to me means right out of the box, which it's not just in case you didn't know.
"If you have to stream one excellent pirate game on your PlayStation Vita while in bed, make it Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag."
Not just for ac4, but that's the main reason I want a ps4, so I can play the games I want while my gf does what she wants next to me. We're both appeased.
