I work retail in US. My store has always been HEAVY 360 sales (literally like 5:1). On black friday, I worked Midnight to 8am. We had 29 X1 and 27 PS4. By 3am we sold out of ps4, by 8am when I left we had only sold 8 x1.
I asked my manager at 8pm how many x1's we had left, she said, "Still like 7 left."
Edit: How's that for demand? Honestly, I was surprised too, as I thought both would sell out by 6am.
Yesterday, I wanted to buy the 16gb vita card for 20$... It was "In stock" when I clicked "add to cart." A weird error informed me my cart was empty after that and I refreshed my page to see the item as, "Sold Out."

Yeah, I'm not sure about XBone's figures. I worked Black Friday in a certain store where we had 27 PS4's and 29 XBones. I worked Midnight-8am. By 3am we sold out of PS4's, and by the end of my shift (8am) we only sold 8 XBones.

I think the kinect "sees" when to turn off your controller and not waste its battery, as well as voice commands substituting for certain functions (like xbox pause/play for tv). Still think it's sad that you can't use just any old mic for the Voice Commands though, that would be my number one.
Or maybe a tiered PS+... Hum, would I rather pay 90$ a year for PS++ or 50 for each separately...

Sony is treading a fine line with implementation, I agree. That is what you're trying to say, but in a crappy way.
However, where you're coming off as a trolling fanboy is that they haven't announced HOW it's being implemented.

First, they probably have the budget to do both after everything that's happened, we know they have the budget to pull off two teams, for instance (UC3 and TLOU teams).
Second, it really just depends on the approach of design. If they're trying to create a RE5 coop experience (same levels SP or COOP), or if it's going to be an addition to UC2/3 coop where it's stand alone.

Well, you're arguing the design and I understand. When they created those games they weren't designed around coop, they were designed around SP. However, if they're looking to design a game AROUND coop then I think it's completely plausible to implement.
Hell, if they just expanded their budget for those coop modes they had a little more, then I'd love it (without affecting single player - unless it's meant to be a coop game).

Ha, I get what you're saying. GT7 will rotate with DC, first of all. And second, GT has always been the premier racing SIMULATOR (tries to have the most realistic physics) while DC is taking an arcade/simulator mix.
