Yes.. and it makes me mad that they bought rare but then recently shut down ensemble.. and their flight/train sim studio (whatever it was called).
I agree, exclusive means it can only be found on one platform. The PS3, the PC and Xbox 360 are all gaming platforms.
Not trying to make anything of it, because if i do buy it - it'll be on the 360.
I think there will be aload of images that show up on the site that give us more information but the actual announcement of the game won't come the same day.

@ Those talking about the 10 year life span, did you only just start gaming this generation?
The PS1 had a 10 year life span, but they released the PS2 in that time, the PS2 is on its 9 year this year, and they released the PS3 in that time.
Stop being so ignorant, just because they release another console before that 10 years is up, does not mean at all that sony won't keep making and selling it for 10 years.
I think sony will try get their PS4 out either before or within the same time frame of the next xbox simply because the sales data shows that the xbox 360 is only a years worth of sales ahead of the PS3.
But it wasn't only the extra sales the 360 benefit, it was the extra year of game development which mean the PS3 got the inferior ports of games for the first year or two.
So yeah, i don't think sony will wait aslong to get their next playstation out.
Indigo prophecy didn't sell well at all but they are still creating a sequel of sorts in heavy rain.
But this is the key thing, some people seem to think if the game doesn't sell 5m it hasn't sold well. But the fact is, 2m sales is good, 3million sales is great, etc.
This is why i love what sony does in terms of game development, creative freedom seems to be their policy.

Their last game was really good and well recieved.. and had a more-or-less similar aim as what heavy rain has so yeah, i'll have faith.
But all those concerns of yours are all valid.. i really don't see this game having huge appeal, much like indigo prophecy - but was recieved well by reviewers.
About the QTE's, i don't think what they are going for is a game that is focused on the actual gameplay, more-so on the story telling.

I for one love games with heavy stories, so i'll be getting Heavy rain. But i agree, the voice acting sounded a little off.

solideagle1, the reviews that are listed are from a list of sites that they already have before the reviews even come out. The list of sites are all the time everytime and if any of those sites on the list then their review gets added.
