If this game was indeed led on the PS3 platform and Konami were not up to the standards of other PS3 developers then the game should have just looked worse than it does but at least run smoothly.

I was beginning to wonder how GT-TV was going to be of any real value, then I downloaded the clips on the demo and like magic I was all hyped up to play again. Now that the track(s) will be available after the show (maybe more from German TV etc too), I see its genius.
All the game needs now is some normal and fun cars in like the old GT's.

In fact, in the mudslide of FPS and war games or recent times, Ratchet almost does seem like an original idea!

Really good video. The sync of his hands and the game hands was pretty spot on.
GT car models are amazing compared to Forza. You only catch the other models during play when you overtake or rear-view. Trackside textures are better in Forza but GT is still impressive considering other PS3 game textures!

It seems a discussion to me too. I agree with the game looking clean statements though.
You have to laugh at the zoomed in shots of the pixel structure of someones tv with the game running to try to prove it when capture cards and TV's can interpret the image in different ways. Its a shame none of them speak Japanese as they could ask the man himself because his facts and 'the guys on a forum's' version seem to differ.
If they are the 'only things that give it away' then thats not bad.
Even with your list further above (which I kinda agree with if I get very picky - which I don't), this dissecting of stuff has sunk down to things such as a texture on a leaf or a shoe displaying a non-bump mapped leather texture and is getting a bit stupid and is kind of funny. Going for negatives all the time must be depressing.

I mostly own exclusives or lead platform games on the PS3 and 360 so far and I enjoy these games on both. When you look at a colorful game on the 360 and one on the PS3, they both look colorful - really!
I think the supposed 360 picture looks a lot better than the apparent PS3 one too. Did not capcom give up a PS3 game recently saying that it was too expensive to develop for?
Looks like GTHD with 16 cars on the track at once (which I remember more than a few slamming GTHD saying that the car graphics were only that good because it only had one car on the track).
Its the same as all the screens and videos. Replays are a car fans dream and a sight to behold - close up detail is amzing with even the wing mirrors reflecting.
Gameplay graphics are great with 60fps with no hits or tearing - its a track so don't expect that much detail beyond track and crowds(the city courses will provide that), shadows are great for the most part but tree shadows across cars are chunky (if a shadow ruins the whole game or causes you to seek superiority from...
Seen as crappy replays are all the thing. Find any Forza replay video on Youtube that has better looking models, lighting and realism than this GT5 Prologue Demo one and post as a comparative reply rather than using words, use only videos to respond..
