You were born after August 2012?
Depends on who you are. I own Super Mario Bros. on the NES on my Wii. Then I got a free copy of it through the Ambassador Program. No harm, no foul.
Sony had the right approach with the "Cross Buy" deal they unveiled a ways back, but that only applies to like four games so far and it probably won't see mass support. Deals like that need to be made mandatory.
And the Wii U has not done this... how? They let you have thirteen different accounts for free. Seems like they're getting their act together just fine.
It's not theft when the person Capcom "stole" from willingly paid for it. That's called a scam.
@Hatsune-Miku
So you WANT a game to be awful and fail...
You're honestly the worst kind of fanboy in existence. I may like and defend a lot of Nintendo products, but I don't post shit about hoping for Sony and Microsoft consoles/games to fizzle and die. Honestly, the people agreeing with you need a massive reality check.
On topic, I played the demo for RE6 and really did not enjoy it at all. More reviews for this have been coming out ...
It's just an American version of the last one apparently. So it's just information about the NSMB2 DLC basically.
The Gamepad is larger so I assume the rumble is more powerful. The rumble thing is not that big of an issue anyway as long as it's there otherwise we'll have another retarded fiasco like the one involving rumble in the PS2 controllers. Yeah, that stupidity was fun.
@DivineAssault
Sony also refuses to drop the price of the Vita. They can do whatever they think is right, but it's their heads when their financial issues get worse.
Added cost? What person uses an internet enabled computer without an HDD or two stashed away somewhere? Seriously? The initial price of the console would have been increased had they included a HDD anyway. I'd rather be allowed to pick and choose my memory instead of having crappy proprietary HDDs forced on me.
"WHY SHOULD SONY BE SCARED?"
Maybe because some of their console packages are still about $300+ and Nintendo's next generation console is only slightly more expensive?
@Nutsack
Does it get tiresome spewing the same misinformation in every single comment you post? Sheesh. You can't even spell "Wii U" properly.
I believe it could work if Rockstar didn't half-ass the port (not saying they would, but still). If the gamepad is an issue then just make it play off-screen. People seem to dig that feature. Also make it compatible with the Pro controller. It would help drive the core gamer to the platform. Rockstar just has to be willing to take that leap.
Well said, sir.
Nintendo almost never has hardware issues with their consoles as far as I remember. And you can add any external HDD you want. You can have a 1TB HDD for your Wii U if you wanted.
Move is 100% optional with few (mostly crappy) games tailored for it. No one cared for glasses-free 3D on 3DS. What makes you think paying extra to wear lousy hunks of plastic on your face for 3D on your TV is any more appealing?
As long as these things require spending extra money and/or are not bundled initially with the experience, it won't catch on.
I DON'T have a cable box right there, smart alec. And neither did my friend at the time. Did you ever consider that?
Unless it sells like crap you're going to be doing some waiting.
It's gotta be better than the 360's crappy FiOS app. Used it at a friend's house. It lagged behind his TV by about five minutes and would occasionally skip back to the intro of the show and then forward to where it was supposed to be. Not to mention the limited channel range. Never used Sony's service though. No real need to, so I can't form an opinion on that one.
But if it supports all channels and does what it says it does, then hell yeah it could. Espe...
I agree with this list. There are some nice points in here that fit people on both sides of the spectrum.
Oh look, a new Halo on an Xbox platform.
Oh look, a new Killzone on a new Sony platform.
It goes both ways. Or in this case three ways.
