Definitely more exclusive content is a good start. Keep the price reasonable; anything above $400 is simply not going to work as a launch price. Finally, excite gamers; if you're going to give it a new controller, make sure it's something brand new and groundbreaking. A new action IP perhaps? A new control style? Rumor has it there's a VR type visor that's in development for the console which sounds really cool.
That's just my thoughts on it anyway.
And I don't like spending more money than I can afford on a single game. Let alone on a second copy of a collection that is outright missing one of the games in it.

I own a Steam account, a PS3 and a 360, so that point is moot. Calling me a Nintendo fanboy for defending my preferred publisher is not really going to get you anywhere. If someone were attacking the PS3 or Vita, I doubt you would be doing anything different.

How about no. This system would have had to be a huge flop for that to happen. If it was ever to happen to begin with. Nintendo didn't exactly drop out of portable gaming after the Virtual Boy.
I've argued something akin to this. If people didn't want to buy a 3DS for Street Fighter and two awesome N64 remakes, no self-respecting Sony fan is going to buy a portable platform that plays games their PS3 already plays.
I think the Vita is a great platform, but all of the games on that I actually want to play are already on the PS3. Tearaway is an exception but I will never buy a platform for just one game.

People have consistently complained that there are too many ports on the Wii U, or that the library is not appealing or this or that. Most of the articles that forward this (often times duplicate articles as well) become the most looked at in the Wii U section.

First of all, Naruto is not an important third party game.
Secondly, while I agree the Wii U should get more third party support, the dev kits were handed out late into the development of these games. I would rather the ports that are made not be shoddy and rushed out.
Particularly in the case of THQ, it was stated that a lot of work would have had to be done in order to get the game out. Given THQ's financial situation, just getting the PS3 version done ...
Well, I can say with some dignity that I am disappointed by the response. Mostly because it could potentially solidify this new DmC game as THE Devil May Cry franchise.
Here's what I mean; many Resident Evil fans cry foul because newer games are not what they used to be. If Capcom decides to stick with this new style, fans will probably never see the original Dante (or an end to his story) ever. Last I checked there was more to see at the end of DMC4.

I do like the cutesy look of New Little King's story, but I'm not sure it's a good idea to cite some of the other games listed. AC:Liberation is not something I'm interested in and Need For Speed, FIFA, Uncharted and Little Big Planet already have iterations on the PS3, in some cases cheaper ones.
