You're warping my point. It will ruin the integrity of multiplayer on ALL systems, not just PS4.
Are you saying the Fortnite players on Switch and Xbox are on even playing fields? With that huge difference in framerate?

That's true, as I stated above, mid-gen console upgrades also suck IMO for this reason. Console multiplayer is superior to PC multiplayer for exactly that reason.

Here's a logical reason to NOT want cross play:
Even playing fields. How do multiplayer matches keep any integrity with cross play and mid-gen console upgrades? Only multiplayer on exclusive titles will have ANY semblance of an even playing field.
That is more important than probably less than 1% of players who want to join with their friend on another system IMO

No! Not if they have different specs. One of the things that console has had over PC is a standard for each generation (until now). These mid-generation console upgrades are detrimental to multiplayer IMO

Seriously, why do gamers think they want this? Just for a shot fired in the console war? The player base is big enough for every console, cross play is not needed and WILL mess up the somewhat even playing field in the console multiplayer space.
BTW - F#$% mid generation console upgrades too for the same reason.
Well that must suck for you since the frame rate is so different for the consoles in every match you can never feel like you were playing on a somewhat even playing field. :p
I hate cross play. Ruining multiplayer. Rocket League is an awesome game but the cross play really screws it up IMO. I guess I'll stick with exclusive games for my multiplayer fun.

I like my multiplayer matches to have as even of a playing field as possible. Matches arent hard to find on any system. Crossplay sucks IMO

Oh, and the last one I went to was about a decade ago so I'm sure the crowds and lines are much worse now.
I can't imagine paying money to go to E3. As a 3-time attendee, I got paid to go and it was still an aggravating experience at times (although it was always preferable to the office). The lines and crowd are comparable to Disneyland but the payoff isn't as great. It's still just an industry convention at its heart despite the bells and whistles.

Immediately after they kiss it cuts to her killing someone and then it's gameplay from there on out. It was the lead-in scene to the gameplay demo.
Disney XD cut out to commercial right from the kiss and didn't show any of the gameplay that came after because of the excessive violence. That was f'd up

But the experience is NOT the same. I already explained how cross play on Rocket League between PC and PS4 sucks. I grunt in displeasure every time I start a match and it is populated with a bunch of PC players.
The more variation between what players are using to play will obviously dilute the even playing field that is desirable in all competitive pursuits such as a ...
