Nope. Graphics are fine for me. Frames per second is my selling point. I swear to god, if someone could guarantee me that every single game next generation would have a mode locked to 60fps (dynamic res can go down to 900p, I don't care...) NEVER dropping below. I would buy it instantly. A solid frame rate is more important to me than ANY graphical setting or resolution.... and 30fps is garbage.
These guys will go bankrupt if they keep this up.
Yup. They are going to BK themselves if they keep this up. One game they are going to overpay on and it's going to sell nothing...
@Christopher Borderlands, as a franchise is one of the biggest AAA titles in the world. PC gaming has grown exponentially since 2012. I have the numbers for people online overall concurrently above for Steam as I have been on Steam since 2012. Going from 3-6 million people online every day to 9-16 million is an INSANE jump. So, back in 2012, BL2 had 124k people online at it's peak.
Borderlands 3 SUPPOSEDLY (this is lyin Randy we are talking about here, he has everything...
ummm... the all time peak concurrent players for Borderlands 2 was about 124,000. Meaning they had 250k players online at one time. PUBG had almost 600k online at peak today. If they would have released this game on Steam and everywhere, they would have had well over 500k online day 1. 250k for a game of that magnitude in 2019 is not really impressive. There are WAY more PC gamers now than there were in 2012. I first downloaded Steam in 2012, and I remember there were about 4-6 million people...
Surprisingly very, very fun. What a great concept that game was...
Game is great. More Borderlands is exactly what I wanted. However the fps performance is GARBAGE
You are totally welcome to have that completely wrong opinion.
Great reason to quit the literal best JRPG since Lost Odyssey. Amazing reason. My god.
Pissed? I'm getting paid at work to make you look stupid. That's why it takes me some time to respond to you. I only do it while making money. The smile on my face hasn't faded since the first post I made (the caps lock was purely to teach you a lesson, which you learned like a good student). You, however keep responding back triggered. Projection. Look into it. You got proved wrong... and I win. Nothing but smiles here! Cheers again bud!
Yup. GOTY for me on Steam. Won't support EGS, so I will wait for all content in one place, at the place I want my games. I only support what benefits me. EGS doesn't benefit me, so, I don't support it. My money, my rules, greedy companies.
So, you admit I tore your argument apart and you are an idiot. Cheers. That's all I needed. I'll even give you an upvote for it. (of course your plea to Nintendo, however logical it may be, won't make any difference. Nothing you've ever said or typed in your life has ever made any change to anything, anywhere, so why should it start that process now? I'll give you an A for effort though, little guy!)
YOU GAME FOR HOURS WHEN PLAYING A GAME. I STARE AT MY PHONE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 10 MINUTES AT A TIME BECAUSE I DON'T GAME ON IT. Is all caps good enough explanation for you? Gaming on a 7" screen is pure AIDS.
Any company that takes options off of my table will never, ever see one single dollar from my wallet. I've bought Epic games in the past, but after I heard what they are doing trying to pay for 3rd party exclusives on PC, I closed my wallet to them. If they want to compete, they can do so by making their games cheaper and making their platform better than Steam's. Taking away purchase options? Yeah. That doesn't benefit me at all, so.... good luck seeing any of my cash. Instead of...
I don't game on my phone. I don't stare at my phone screen for more than 3-4 minutes at a time. Terrible argument.
I wish they would do a version of a new Nintendo system for us that never game mobile. More powerful GPU/CPU and docked play only. If I'm away from my house, I'm doing things other than gaming. I literally have no desire to squint at a small 7" screen to game.
60fps is king! I will buy this on the X1X when it launches and then on Steam when it releases on PC, because we all know that Epic can hug these nuuuuutttttzzzzzz.
Epic is paying off 3rd party developers to only release on their inferior-in-every-way platform because they can't just make a better platform. They SAY that they will be cheaper but, only a few games have been cheaper and they have gone back on a few price drops... Basically, I want to buy games where I wish to buy them from. I don't worry about what companies make money wise. I worry about what I want for my cash and then I vote that way with that money. I care about a companies ban...
Borderlands 3 is being released on EPIC, a platform with scummy practices that I will not support. Wake me up when it's on Steam.
I don't know about anyone else, but, I never said the game itself wouldn't sell good, I said it wouldn't sell as good on Epic as it would have on Steam. I want to see a breakdown of the sales. I'll bet 80-90%+ of those sales were on PS4/Xbox. I have it on X1X because I didn't support EGS... and I know I'm not the only one who made this decision. The Quartering YT channel has a video on this...
