I agree that UC4 is the best in the series, I just wasn't a huge fan of the last 25% of the game is all. It had great storytelling and voice acting though.
No, it was good though. It was one of the better levels in the game, I'll give it that...the game started off strong, but honestly I barely remember the end of the game other than several forced combat events.
Hmmm, Maybe I need ANOTHER Slim..
What? Don't get me wrong, Days Gone, Horizon, and God of War all looked good to me at E3, but if I didn't already have a PS4, none of those games would "force" me to buy a PS.
And what I am saying is that I am no longer THAT interested in the game. If it wasn't coming out during a drought, it doesn't have "enough" to entice me to buy it over other options....it MIGHT hold me over till those other options are available though.
The more and more time goes on, the less excited I am for this game. That being said, I will probably still grab it being as it picked a good release pocket. Early August, right before the flood of must have games hits. If it released like a month and a half or two later, I'd probably never play it.
NICE I can't wait to play this game again
It's one of the best games this gen, no matter how you slice it, it's a bargain.
Sorry RotTR was better than UC4...esp in terms of gameplay. UC4 had fantastic storytelling and voice acting, but RotTR KILLED it in Gameplay from every aspect. Not only that, while I enjoyed UC4 overall...the last 25% or so I just wanted it to be over...it seemed like they ran out of ways to make the game fun so they just threw waves enemies at you (which sucks if the combat system and AI aren't very good). RotTR I enjoyed the whole way through.
RotTR is more open wo...
Yes, get it, but a physical copy so you can get credit for it after you've beaten the campaign.
How many inches do you take from Sony?
Actually yes it was, and then more stock came available, but nice try
Because it's THAT desired...impressive huh?
I get why some are saying why UC4 is their game of the year...it was a great game. That said, I usually pick games that were the most fun for me as my GOTY. UC4 was great for like the first 75% or so, then the last 25% I just couldn't wait for it to be done...and I stopped even looking for collectibles. Games that I loved the whole way through, and even went back to play again...and get collectibles...or just play were Inside, Doom, and QB. To me it all comes down to what was the most...
I replied to your comment below.
Fantastic game...won't even click.
Actually it is IMO. UC4 was a great game, but by the end I just wanted it to be over, I loved inside the whole way. UC4 had fantastic aspects, but towards the end it felt like they ran out of ways to make gameplay fun (like in the first half of the game)...then just relied on forced combat with bad gameplay mechanics. Inside is fun from the first moment to the end.
@dark_knightmare Normally if I see that someone has replied to me on here, I just delete the notification...
Both
It's not necessary, no console is, but I definitely don't regret buying one. Even if I were only to use it as a 4k streaming/Blu-Ray HDR device..it's already worth it. As everything stands right now, I am replacing one of my X1's with a Slim (gonna give one X1 to my brother), then when Scorpio comes out I'm replacing the other. The only console right now that isn't "necessary" for me is Neo. It won't be able to do true 4k gaming, PSVR is made with PS...
