Of course...the reviews were written months ago. :) I have no doubt it will be great, it looks awesome...but I'm sure it'll get the Sony review bump.
Not really. It may be a good game, but it's definately not main stream...at least not in the US.
Great! I'm REALLY looking forward to this game...to be fair though, as far as we know, right now Horizon is really the only big AAA title this year for Sony...so backing it hard makes sense. It's like UC4 from last year.
I hope this is due more to people buying digitally than the fact that the game is on the decline (didn't read the article so I don't know if that addresses it)....I love RE7, I'm very happy with this game
Already have the PS4 and I'm excited for Horizon, but once I'm done with that, it's all Scorpio and Switch (and X1 S till Scorpio) for me. To each their own.
No it doesn't have to. The idea of "needing to outsell the other consoles" to be succesful is a fanboy type of thinking. Coke doesn't have to outsell Pepsi to be successful...Nintendo and Microsoft (just like Sony) just have to make devices that offer enough to make people want to purchase them and then provide enough services/software to make them profitable as a total package (often times the consoles themselves will lose money). Gamers should embrace how awesome it is ...
Of course you are entitled to your own opinions....and while I love all big three consoles...there are actually more exclusives I "Must play" on Switch this year than on PS4. In fact, as it stands today...there is only 1 "must play" exclusive for me on PS this year...Horizon...then after that the only "must play" exclusives for me on PS are Days Gone and God of War (as of today at least). Again...it's all subjective...but for me, if it was between Zelda alo...
While it's true that Im currently more excited about Switch and Scorpio's futures...I wouldn't say PS needs to worry. I will continue to use my PS whenever there is an exclusive I want to play. After gaming for over 30 years I find that while there is always a dominant console from time to time....very little changes actually. Sure there are casuals and fanboys that will shift heavily from side to side (or stick to only one side)...but most gamers just wanna play great games......
Well...he's not really wrong though
With how much I enjoyed the demo, this seems low for me...but who knows, maybe I'll change my mind after playing the full game. After the demo...I'm REALLY expecting to enjoy this game and I would estimate that my final score would land in the 9.5/10 range
With all the great 3rd party games and exclusives on other consoles...I think I'm really only going to make time for Horizon, Days Gone and God of War. The rest don't interest me enough to boot anything else off the list.
No they had a full on demo (no VR required), in fact, completing the "good ending" gives you a coin that is supposed to unlock something in the final game.
I'm really really excited about this game...I loved the demo
Good to see both PS and Xbox getting on board with this.
Anyone who read this realizes you aren't "moving" anywhere, you are just trying to re-enforce the opinion you already had. First of all...your "highly anticipated" Scalebound...is not "Scale bound". Second, you'd be smart enough to see that the lists of exclusives they have been touting for PS and Switch against Xbox haven't been fair at all...they've been comparing ALL KNOWN exclusives for PS and Switch against 2017 for X1...even then, they le...
What's embarassing is all the sheep eating this BS up...not even realizing what they are bragging about is EVERY known PS/Switch game getting compared to X1's 2017 confirmed lineup. (and the X1 list STILL having more "must play" games on it).
I think you're seeing through the same BS like I am....these lists for Switch and PS clearly have EVERY single game they can add to them...the X1 list is only games confirmed for this year. Not exactly a fair comparrison....the sad part is all the sheep eating it up.
I actually DO really want to play all 4 of those games.
@Utalkin ...it doesn't have to be a AAA title to be good or anything, but generally for a company to back the game "hard" with PR and commercials and such....well yeah it does.
