Same sad fate as Titanfall? I literally just got done playing Titanfall and all it does is remind me that it's the best PvP this gen by far. It seems to me that 99% of people that talk negatively about Titanfall WANT it to fail and/or really suck at it.
People that are good at PvP and open to giving TF a fair shot almost always seem to love it. Titanfall isn't the thing that is "sad" here.
Not only did you read that HORRIBLY wrong...lending me not to trust your opinion on anything due to a lack of intelligence, but it just looks incredibly desperate.
I'm looking forward to BO3...I like the treyarch games. No it should not be scares of Battlefront...I don't see them being competition...however it SHOULD be scared of Halo 5.
Not even close the being worried about H5...I've been a Halo fan since day one and so far it looks like it easily has the best MP and based on the fact that H4 was the best campaign, I'm confident that H5 will have an awesome SP as well.
Plus throw in how much they are asking for user feedback and adjusting off of that...I'm sure it will be amazing all around.
It appears hype train has struck again. As a proud owner of all gen 8 consoles...and a fan of the big three since they each started...i can't see any reason to want a ps4 over an X1. They are both great systems and I feel everyone should own both and give them both a shot. ..but honestly, if you give them all a fair shot the Ps4 feels boring compared to x1 in my book. The future is definitely brightest on X1 to me, the only time on the horizon I know ill turn on my Ps4 is when uc4 release...
All this X1/Windows10/DX12/HoloLens news lately!!!! I can't wait for E3 this year....SOOOOOOOO MUCH great stuff to be excited for.
Seems unlikely honestly....nothing against Sony itself, but last year there was much more buzz around Sony than there is so far this year...and X1 still had a better showing. It's POSSIBLE that Sony has a ton under wraps and we just don't know yet, but around this time we'd usually at least be hearing rumors if there were awesome announcements...so far nothing exciting from Sony.
Guess we'll have to wait and see.
If this is true it's gonna be interesting. E3 last year X1 had the strongest lineup by far....and this year there aren't even any rumblings or rumors from the PS/Nintendo camp. Either those two have been able to keep all secrets 100% under wraps or they don't have too much exciting going on this time around...let's hope it's the secrets thing.

Anyone calling Titanfall a fail makes me question their opinion as a gamer.
Titanfall was an amazing game, and TF2 will be a day one purchase for me for sure...I just hope the X1 version doesn't get gimped with EA servers because of going cross-platform, I still intend to get it on X1 since it's an online game.

Most likely, but as we saw with AW it's gotten to the point where it doesn't matter anymore. It's already too late for BO3 to have been built from the ground up with DX12, but maybe if it supports it, it might even have the POTENTIAL to run better on X1...who knows?
They are both online games, so they will both be X1 buys for me....in fact they are both already pre-ordered. I can't wait for both of these games.
I think I've officially given up on Infinity Ward Making COD, but I will continue to get the Treyarch ones until they start to go down hill. It sounds like this one will be awesome so far...as far as the Sledgehammer ones I'm kinda torn....I love they game the built for the most part, but the problem is that all the gamers gravitated towards the over-powered weapons...and now it's just a cheap-tacti-fest. Everyone has a Bal or ASM1...cause no one has any actual skill.

Anyone pretending like this is a big deal is clearly just trying to make something out of nothing. Funny thing is that most people pretending like this is a huge deal completely forgive that PS has posted videos using PC footage without any disclaimer at all.

Expecting a radical shift is a bad idea, but at the same time....X1 doesn't NEED a radical shift at all. That being said, as long as DX12 makes game development easier, esp using tiled resources and taking advantage of eSRAM to it's full potential...we should see some awesome improvements. Most people get caught up in the numbers here (on both sides) which as far as X1/DX12 isn't where we should be looking. Right now PS4 is easier to develop for...time and money are king...so g...
So I love my PS4, but the hype around it is insane. Even today, having all gen 8 consoles, I don't feel that the PS4 is the best console...and as far as we can see into the future...it also does not have the best outlook either.
I'm not saying go sell it or it's a piece of junk or anything...hell I still love owning mine....but it's hard for me to believe someone has given all gen 8 consoles a fair shot if they think that the PS4 is the finest console ever ...
