Treading water....not that they are bad games or anything, but this is clearly to deal with UC4's delay and Sony's own admission of lack of exclusives
Did you not read the fact that HoloLens was originally invisioned as a gaming device and grew from there?
Weird that they have about 5 studios dedicated to making games for it then...
X1 IS the underdog, but if more people would ACTUALLY give it a shot instead of just talking like they know....it wouldn't be the underdog

Completely opposite for me. Having all three consoles, I simply can't see how if you give them all a fair shot...why you'd use a PS4 more than an X1. Not trash talk or anything, and OF COURSE you have a right to your own opinion...not implying you don't..it's just that IMO while I like my PS4, compared to my X1 it's boring. I only use it for exclusives...luckily for me, the exclusives on PS4 I want don't require internet, so I was able to cancel PS+, instead of payi...

Actually MS will make money either way. ...and releasing Xbox exclusives on PC won't make console gamers rush out and get PCs...it's not how it works...if that was the case, Xbox/Wii U/PS4 would already be obsolete.
I loved 1 & 2 the first time around, but I will definately not pick this up at $60...esp with how loaded the rest of this year is anyway...maybe next drought if it's on sale

Honestly though $60 for three re-released games with no MP is not a fair price.
The SP for MCC alone was worth more, MP was NOT broken for 100 days...it was "broken" the same time frame as Last of Us was "broken"..there were minor issues for 100 days....don't exaggerate the matter...we don't know NDC won't have issues...and it's still not a fair comparisson anyway
In no way is it an "up yours", MCC outshadows this in every way. 3 games with improved lighting/textures vs 5 games with improvements/one remade/two able to switch between old and new/an interface with over 100 mp maps (6 completely remade with another on the way)/a movie.
...and the MCC at least remade Halo 2 completely and allowed swapping between old/new for the first and second...also re-did an hour of cutscenes...redid 6 H2 maps (with another on the way)...and put all MP maps in one interface (over 100 maps)...and now ODST...and a movie. If the Nathan Drake Collection is over $40 it's not worth it.
I can see that happening...but they will keep the consoles too....not everyone that wants to play the games will want to invest in a high powered PC they need to keep upgrading.
As far as ALL gamers are concerned that is an EXELLENT thing. It's all profit to MS...allowing for more excitment and investment in games. Anyone saying it is a bad thing is looking at it from a fanboy perspective...no other explanation. Thinking that MS making games for PC AND Xbox is a bad thi...

I'm sure this announcment will make some people happy, but they picked a bad time to announce a re-release....yesterday one of the most anticipated games gets announced...then today, Sony's biggest E3 rumor and game that was hinted at for over 6 months gets announced. Over-shadowed much?
