Yoshida, you should have called up Capcom and made them a nice offer before this happened. Now we've ended up with a Monster Hunter 3 that probably uses the same textures and models that were included in the 2004 PS2 release. I own a Wii, but I would have preferred to experience MH3 on one of the other consoles. It would be the perfect game to take advantage of HD visuals.
This is my most anticipated game of the year. Not much longer to go.
Hey you look like this guy I used to know.
The animations were very odd and it looks like they put the pivot points for the joints in the wrong area of the character models. Just look at Ali's shoulders as he swings.
Very well said Moses. The specs really aren't bad for recent PCs. The only thing I could see giving people some trouble is not having a 512MB GPU.
I think it'll really be worth it once all the mods start being released.
That's what I would like to know as well.
Yeah I would rather have the complete KH2 over this game. I'm not much of a fan of the card based battles, but it is still a great game.
I've used Vista since its first beta releases and I have never had any issues with it. I think one thing that turns many users away from the OS is that their first experience with it is on one of these new laptops that come loaded with bloatware. Companies like Dell just add so many unimportant programs that run at start up and eat the rest of the ram that Vista isn't using. On a clean install, Vista is really not much different from XP, experience-wise.
It's almost as if these games don't even exist outside of those same trailers they've been showing for a while now. The FFXIII demo coming with AC is probably the only bit of gameplay they have up and running lol. Obviously that's not true (I hope), but I can't believe we've come from a time where Squaresoft was dropping gems back to back, to the present-day where they're just about nonexistent outside of the handheld scene. Sony and their hardware decisions take some blame for this too.
How about a release date outside of Japan?
Piracy has always been here (whether it was done with floppy disks or the current downloading method) and it is here to stay. Though it is much easier to pull off now than it was a few years ago. The solution for developers is to create games that people actually feel like paying for (without the ridiculous DRM limitations on the discs) or to just release everything on the PS3 where nothing can be pirated as of yet lol. A lot of PC retail games treat the consumers like they did something wron...
This is the reason why most people on PSN don't have mics, because Socom hasn't arrived yet lol. I know myself and alot of other PS2 owners used that cheap mic that came with Socom 1 for a long time until Sony released the sturdier headset.
tri-Ace developed this game, not S-E. I don't think S-E has developed and released any console games this generation other than FFXI which was already completed long before the 360 version launched.
Looks absolutely ridiculous. If they're not going to do it right, they shouldn't waste money creating the film.
Yeah I'd go with Crisis Core's ending as one of the saddest moments even though you know it's coming.
Forget the pictures, where are the gameplay videos that were shown at the event? I'm surprised no one has uploaded any camera phone videos.
Nice picture. I wish S-E hadn't stopped those people developing Chrono Trigger Ressurection.
I was looking forward to this game, but I will no longer be purchasing it if it's only 6 hours long as ONM says: http://forums.n4g.com/m_247...
A Capcom employee did hint that something is in the works. Hopefully we'll hear about it sooner, rather than later.
