25 to 100 gigs games on cartridges? Yeah, I can't see that being cost effective.
Where have you been dude? It's a reimagining built from the ground up using the RE engine.
Don't you dare use sincerity and logic on this site! Kidding I agree with you 100%

The Persona series is a MegaTen spinoff. They were branded as SMT title up until the 4th title.
A P5 port to the Switch is more than likely due to Sega and their resources. One of the main reasons why the Persona games weren't multiplat was due to budget restrictions.

It was always an exclusive due to budgets and not wanting to cut resources. Sega is in the picture so that might change maybe. Nintendo isn't shy on self-publishing as well. I'm not going to get hopeful if it happens that'll be cool if not I still own the ps4 version
Not the same thing. Sony owns the rights to R&C. This is completely different
I already have it on the PS4, but I would love a Switch port. I prefer JRPGs on Switch because of the handheld features.
They're have been multiple Metal Gear titles on Nintendo systems and Kojima himself asked for snake to appear in Smash Bros.
As for Cloud and anything FF related the franchise did start off on Nintendo platforms abd Square's relationship with Nintendo has increased over the years (hence why FF7,9,10,10-2, CC and 12 are coming to the Switch)

Part 2 wasn't bad it was a nice blend of survival horror and rpg. I actually enjoyed PE2 more than some of the RE titles.
God no, keep it third person similar to the first title. P.E1 was just a modified ATB system improve upon that and update the controls.
After the 3rd Birthday I'm not sure I want another P.E game.
I feel old I was in middle school when the first title came out. I'm nearly 30 now and part 3 is finally almost here.
Umm Konami, it's not that hard to piece together.
Not sure who that was directed at, but I own a PS4 abd Switch. I got rid of the xbox last year.

When you're just making platformers, sure.
If Nintendo tried the same approach for their rog games it would hit them in the face.
Imalwaysright
Why not be good at both? Especially when you're a publisher that puts out titles in very story driven genres. Nintendo may not focus on the adventure genre anymore especially since Cing shut their doors, but they still publish RPGs.
Huge difference between what those studios mentioned are doing compared to developers that actually focus on interactive movies (Quantic Dream) is doing in terms of gameplay and storytelling.
Imalwaysright
Not the best argument considering Nintendo doesn't really handle a lot of titles that rely on heavy storytelling (with the exception of a few).

Every game that the author mentioned received praised for good gameplay though, but that wasn't the point of the article.
It plays like the older Resident Evil games in a way. Tank controls, fixed cameras
