So dang petty.. how about giving it a chance?
Damn, dude chill. Square has realised five titles with turn based gameplay within the last ten years.
There has only been one mainstream FF that featured a real time system. Other than the 15 and the mmos every numbered entry feature some variation of the atb or ctb battle systems.
I prefer turn based, but I do want to see what Square can do. Hopefully they don't run into the same issues that FFvsXIII (XV) which they shouldn't with the unreal engine.
Not the reason, but okay.
But there isn't much strategy in those games though. Sure, the combat is fun and it looks like, but there's no depth to them (especially KH2 even on proud mode)
Huh, did you actually play it?It was pretty straight forward. Main missions were separated from side missions by menus. You weren't just dropped off with no sense of direction. The goal post for the objectives or general area was marked on the map.
Sounds like you just wanted a game that held your hand at all times.
That would be an insult to Peace Walker aka the second best MGS title.
Death Stranding will amazing, but that's not how it works and that wasn't the issue.
Idk it got kind of weird in MGS1
As many said the gameplay was great, but it was lacking those MGS elements that the franchise is known for.
They could of made it worked.
Most Metal Gear fans play the titles for the story, characters and interesting boss fights. The Phantom Pain was lacking in all those regards. The last chapter of the game wasn't really necessary it was just recycled content.
That's exactly how I felt. Gameplay was great, but it was lacking in every other aspect that that the franchise great.
The open world worked well that wasn't the problem. It's method of storytelling was the issue as well as Konami.
I loved Isolation and I enjoy my Switch, but I'll pass. I don't want that half assed mobile title on the system. It's disrespectful to the franchise and fans alike.
Not a rpg
You do know gay folks have kids right? There are other methods than just adopting.
Same here. I just finished up Witcher 3 last year. Hell of a game I really enjoyed it, but man did I take my sweet time. lol
Nah, this whole liberal and conservative bullshit is a cancer.
It's not really generic once you passed the intro. Story and character wise this is Square's strongest Final Fantasy game in a long time.
I feel like they have a lot riding for them after the whole Final Fantasy vs. XIII/ XV fiasco. Plus this is also the remake to FFVII, there's so much riding on that fact.
