I'm fine with that but bring back traditional dungeons along side the shrines and a better story.
What Hippocratic game design oath does Horizon violate? Chick is just talking out of his butt.
It's not fair to compare Horizon to the Witcher 3 (one of the best games to come out this gen) On the other hand Horizon is leaps amd bounds better than Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate and Far Cry: Primal.
Everyone who had a PS4 and loves RPGs in general should play this game!
Don't forget Nier Automata
Looks interesting. Hopefully it isn't as boring as "I Am Setsuna" was.
It's a MMORPG I can't think of any recent titles that actually used physical media aside from installation. So what's the big deal here?
I'm guessing most of the people complaining never actually picked up a mmo before.
Sure,
If we pretend that FF5 and the FF XIII doesn't exist. FF15 wasn't that bad, but it did have some notable flaws.
Maybe that's because most of the Capcom titles on a Sony console are multiplats with rhe exception of SF5 being a console exclusive (which btw didn't excatly hit its target goal)
Why would Capcom want to develop a MH title on the Vita instead of the 3ds? The 3ds outsells the vita 2:1 and it's cheaper to develop on.
But most of Ready at Dawn's titles were spin off/ sequels if other developers ips. Also it isn't like they have a original I.P was successful enough to warrant a sequel of it's own.
Not really. Especially when it came to other RPGs that came out in the past two gens.
I would to see a Devil May Cry 5! I also wouldn't mind a DMC2 (it wasn't that bad, guys)
Hopefully,
Matsuno rrturns to Square to work on them and lets get a good sequel to FFXII not thst FFXIIRW crap.
Multi definition:
"more than one; many, especially variegated."
If a title is a released onto more than ine platform it is considered a multi-plat title.
Red Dead Redemption has sold more copies than the most recent Far Cry entires individually at 15 million, also scored higher with a 95% on metacritic. Rock Star has nothing to worry about
RDR 2 is a multiplat (PS4, Xbone PC hasnt been announced) Rock Star San Diego os a far more talented team of developers compared to the team at Ubisoft. Hell, RDR which came out back in 2010 is better most if not all of Ubisoft's recent catalog. As for sells it's a main Rock Star entry it's going to bw ibe of the best selling titles of this gen.
At the moment no it is not. If Nintendo can keep this momentum up with it's first/ second party and can convince third party devs/publishers to put work in the system it can be wildly successful.
Loved the gameplay for thr most part, but I would have to say a cohesive story and better world building.
One of the best RPGs ever! I would to see a remake that Monolift Soft developed. But that'll never happen if Nintendo still has that odd policy on religion in games plus still owns the rights. :(
That's good and all, but fuck Konami!
