Console gamers aren't one person, it's not hypocritical if someone else has a different opinion.
I like how it feels a lot different and it's not just more Resident Evil 7. I think 8 is a good improvement over 7, but only part way through so that may change.
I managed to get Demon Souls new and Cold War used for £35 each, and there was a great deal in Tesco so got Resident Evil Village for £35 new.
Lol it's not 20fps, your PS4 is broken or it'd be lag if you're playing multiplayer.
They would be silly not to with the size of the player base on last gen consoles. Depends how much work they've put into the differences between the versions to how much impact it will have, it doesn't mean that it's definitely going to be limited. Remember that they'll also want as high a player base as possible on PC also, so they can't go to over the top.
I'm only a couple of hours in and loving it. Definitely feels like a good advancement on RE7. I love the bits where you're being chased, feels like real horror.
Set it to headphones with virtual surround sound off, and 3d audio on in the system menu.
Agreed, but maybe they just haven't put the time in optimizing it. Fingers crossed they can improve it later.
Sony probably just said to them, come back with something better, which is great if they want to keep high standards.
Yeah definitely agree the enemies were very limited in 7. The mould were a bit annoying to be fair, my least favourite part of the game, but still really enjoyed it. Almost made the End of Zoe dlc more satisfying as you could properly give them a good beating.
Yeah in 7 it was supposed to feel like you weren't someone who's used a gun much, and in 8 he's supposed to be more adapt at combat.
Unless you love it.
I like that there's so much to do and you only have to do some of it to level up enough to complete the game, no pressure to grind.
It doesn't seem right that the Series X is just brighter, almost seems like the settings were different in game or on the consoles.
I think they should keep the prices lower for digital if they want people to move that way. I could buy the physical edition of the game and complete it, then sell it easily for £10/$10 less. That's a massive difference to paying $70 with no way of recouping anything.
Yeah I was kind of relieved when RE7 finished, but massively enjoyed it at the same time. Seems strange to say. Maybe it's cos I found myself just playing short amounts of time each session? I was going to play Alien Isolation, but that seems really long for this type of game.
It's just info for how long the game is, not showing off cos they beat it quickly.
Do people who don't play fifa ultimate team think the best players are locked behind money or something? Everyone who actually plays it knows you get f'all from buying packs, so hardly anybody pays for them. You get the best players from completing objectives and playing weekend league, basically rewards from playing and not spending money.
The microtransactions are not in your face at all in Fifa ultimate team, you won't really see anything about buying packs unless you ...
I'm a PS5 owner, and I think gamepass looks great value, but it just wouldn't work as much for me anyhow I don't think, as I don't get enough time to play. But these games with gold offerings aren't great are they, I agree with people saying they're trying to get people to just go to gamepass. I'm happy with getting the occasional gem from PS Plus.
Is it going to be called Battlefield 1 again then?
