The engine will be very flexible though. Playing one Unreal 5 game isn't going to feel the same as playing another by a different developer.
If it helps them create an amazing open world game then it's a great choice to move to Unreal 5. REDengine has always shown there's a lot of technical difficulties involved with the amount of bugs in there games, if there's less of that and more of them concentrating on what they're best at then it can only be a good thing.
It makes sense for Geralt to be a main part of the game with the TV series going on at the same time. There will be some backlash if it's not Geralt, you can guarantee.
Why would it be a silent protagonist in a first person view?
What fake video did they release for Cyberpunk?
There wasn't that much in 2 was there? I don't think wokeness is much about levels of sex and violence anyway, they're more likely to complain about racism towards elves.
When they say they're not fans of the Evil Within 1 or 2, the review is not going to end well. Probably best just ignoring this one.
Really look forward to playing this properly. Played a few loops and really enjoyed it then stopped because the Cyberpunk update dropped and haven't wanted to play anything else since, but great to have this waiting after. Gives me cool vibes of a Sci-fi horror film like Sphere or Event Horizon.
Fair enough if so, that's a bit extreme. 180 hours may be more reasonable! Probably won't put me off to be honest, I won't be playing to collect every car.
They added it, but couldn't resist adding it to the online mode instead. They could do with some sort of new single player story content to pull people back in, and I imagine a portion of those players would give the online mode a go again.
You have to drive to earn cars? What's the problem? Not supposed to be easy to get the better cars is it. The microtransactions are there for people who maybe don't have a lot of time to play so they have the option to take a shortcut, but easy enough to ignore if not. The money they earn will go towards the long support for this game that they'll give. I don't understand why people say it's a grind? If you work your way through the career then you earn plenty.
All PC owners do on here it say how much better they are than consoles, which is very true with the end result. I'm pretty sure most console owners are aware that you can get much better performance and graphic fidelity on PCs, so there's no need to constantly repeat it. If I had more time to take advantage of it I'd probably go back to owning a high end gaming rig, but I don't, so I'll just enjoy the plug and play ease of the console world for the time being.
...
You keep thinking that and I'll keep dreaming of owning a gaming rig.
@BehindTheRows lol
Seems to be. Just justifying the money they've spent on their 'rigs'.
@TheRealTedCruz it's $10 dollars for everyone, there's no upgrade path.
I'm not sure anyone was expecting anything groundbreaking, we've known for a long time it's just a remaster and not a remake. Looks massively better than the PS4 version if you're looking at it on a good quality TV/monitor and not just a youtube vid, and 60fps is obviously important for a lot of people. £8.95 is a bargain, particularly if you've never picked it up before.
There is no crown you $%&^%*
A youtube vid will not do it justice as always. There's probably people still out there who haven't played GTA V who will love it on the new consoles for less than a tenner. Plus I'm sure the upgrade is very appreciated by people who play it online. I'm definitely considering replaying the single player, seems like a good price to me.
OOooooo, didn't know it was the same developers as The Evil Within, suddenly a lot more interested in this game.
Ciri wears a cat medallion that she took from Leo Bonhart. It shows a cat medallion by the health bar when you play as her in the Witcher 3.
