1) I've played every BF games except for 2142 so would class myself as a 'BF vet' and I love this dlc
2) Even if they're old maps they are still very fun to play and the best maps in BF3 imo

This is the point some are trying to get across.. a zombie is a reanimated corpse but the 'monsters' in last of us are infected from this fungus virus.
Exactly. It's called 'Metal Gear' becuase it is set within the same universe and ties together stories within the MGS franchise.
Not exactly impressive for the following reasons:
- Using a map exploit area where you can barely be seen
- the other team have some very low levels (some level 1's)
- Enemy keeps running the same way despite dying time and time again (set up?)
- team have been spawn trapped which goes to show how crap the maps are in MW3
- They're only actually watching 1 route. It's not hard to shoot someone down an alley...
well the ps3 version can use K&M too I believe? If it's anything like UT3 (which supported k&m on ps3) you could check an option when creating the server. Chances are the matchmaking will have different playlists for controller only, cross platform, single platform etc etc
With no aim assist? controllers can still be good for FPS but I believe a lot is too do with the generous aim assist in games. If there wasn't any issues with controllers in fps there wouldn't be aim assist and yet every FPS on consoles has it... what does that tell you.
So are you saying without aim assist? In which case which fps have you been playing on consoles recently that doesn't use any form of aim assist.
1 reason why it might suck... I've heard rumours that console versions wont have custom matches i.e. you can only play via matchmaking.
3 flag wake sucks imo, it just doesn't play right. 3 flags means there's not really any tactics and usually results in the defenders getting pushed back to 1 flag (usually C) and then spending the rest of the game trying to take the airfield back (only feasible flag to go for from C).
Compare that to 5 flag where you have an extra flag (or is it 2) between C and the airfield and it allows players going from C -> airfield to stand more of a chance as they can get ...

I imagine most of those kids already bought Elite... and thus have already paid for the dlc and so will most likely welcome the first lot of dlc asap
I think this year will be a bit of a push but we already know there will be lots of dlc... I mean they advertised as such with Elite saying as a preimium member you will get at least 9 months of dlc... hence why if your a big COD fan buying elite premium was actually worthwhile.
The fact that I bought Elite premium means I'm looking forward to regular updates

The difference between sharing a pyshical game and a downloadable title is if I share a physical game, only one can play at a time, downloadable however means games can be shared and anyone can play anytime.
Say you lent a game to a mate who enjoyed it but then u wanted it back, chances are that friend would then buy the game themselves and thus 2 sales of the title...

Biggest issues for me are the 'frameskipping' or lag issues. Even in a room where everyone is 4 or 3 bar it stutters a lot. I've started to enjoy using the single shot assault rifle but have to give up in some rooms just based on hit detection and lag
I see your point however in a physical shop they buy copies of the games and then sells them at whatever price they see fit (at this point the money is already in the publishers hand).

It's unfortunate the Humble bundle got roped into this, purchased it myself earlier for a few £ and there are some fun little titles in there and obv a good cause.
