The demo was good and quite challenging at first, disappointed it wasn't a launch title but not too far off now

That's weird, I could have sworn it released back in November... and was even in the steam xmas sales...

what happens if a load of people in a particular area are all tracking 1 of the copies and all go to the location where it lands... will there be a mass brawl?

Good way to try and boost the community, I might even dust my copy off lol

Mine should be delivered within the next 30 mins :p then it's into town to trade in the 8GB card that came with the bundle and put the money towards a 16GB one lol

the price of the memory cards isn't too much of an argument considering many, if not all retailers are throwing in at least an 8GB card for free.

In fact I'm only paying £10 more than the RRP of the console for the console, Uncharted and an 8GB card...

I do agree with comparing the price point to the 3DS though. There's no question that the PSV is the technically superior handheld but I think a lot of people will find paying an extra £10...

I couldn't say about slower connections but not had any issues with Onlive on my 50mb. The quality isn't good enough to buy games imo (as my machine is powerful enough to play them at much better quality) but as a quick sample of a game it's so nice to be playing a demo within 20 seconds of selecting the title...

I tried out Gaikai on Eurogamer the other day too to play the darkness 2 demo and it was perfect for getting an impression of the game, saved downloading...

you can get Rayman for £30 so £10 more than the home console version. Sure I'd like to see it cheaper, who wouldn't but they still had to develop the game...

and on the topic of Dungeon Hunter... yeh looks like a complete rip off and an average game by the sounds of it anyway. Don't buy at launch and if you really wanna play it chances are it will be in bargain bins soon enough.

providing it offers the same content as PS3/360/PC versions i.e. all the mp content, single player and so on this could be the game to shift units.

Nintendo can shift consoles with mario releases, Sony could easily shift units with a good version of COD. Say what you will about COD but millions and millions buy it each year and I'm pretty sure a lot would like the ability to play the same game on the go

The thing is though, some of these games are just a natural evolution... Prince of Persia going from a 2d platformer to a 3d one, GTA going from a top down sandbox to a 3d one.

It's just natural progression. Of course some have changed a lot such as Syndicate and WOW.

Same here everyone seems to be sticking to the 8GB card for bundles but I wouldn't mind a slightly more expensive bundle with the 16GB.

I asked Gamestation if they would be accepting pre owned memory card but was told they would see nearer the time. My plan would be to get a bundle, trade in the 8GB card and put the money towards the 16B. It would soften the blow of paying nearly £40 for a 16GB of storage that's for sure

I have a sinking feeling it's incorrect though...

Uncharted is the top tier pricing game, and yet Lumines, a lower tier game is being sold in a bundle for £265.99

for just the console...

Asda:
Console - £196.98
Uncharted - £37.97
8GB card - £27
Total= £261.95

Play:
Console - bundle deal
Uncharted - bundle deal
8GB card - bundle deal
Total = £242.99

The prices used for the Asda example are the price Asda is currently selling the console, game and card at, you may be able to get these cheaper elsewhere but it does se...

"Online, Amazon and Play have frequently readjusted their bundle prices in an attempt to undercut each other"

Yeh tell me about it lol

Originally I had my pre order with Gamestation, then changed to Amazon and now changed to Play lol

I think if you're after Uncharted in your bundle play.com has the best deal. [£242.99 for Wifi, Uncharted and 8GB memory card]

HMV is offering Uncharted or Fifa free with the c...

Although it's disappointing there's not at least 1 FPS at launch there should still be a few coming this year. I thought everyone was bitching about how there were too many FPS games now anyway.

I don't think so... Just because it is negative for the Vita doesn't mean they are trolling...

IGN reported this yesterday ( http://uk.vita.ign.com/arti... and a lot of people got in touch to say they were experiencing issues. Just because you personally didn't have a problem doesn't mean other's aren't.

I'm just hoping they can sort out the problems ...

While they did sound like idiots they were still fair... at the end they even talked about the average being good for a launch line up and that it was only really brought down by Reality Fighters (which does look awful)+ that there were still other titles yet to be reviewed
