In an age of unnecessarily bloated 60 hour games, a short 6-8 hour game is refreshing. Top it off at a price of $30 and released in the midst of the summer drought, sounds like a steal and a half. Will probably get it on PC.
So if PS5 isn't backwards compatible with PS4, I hope no one complains since it's such a "pointless feature".
FYI I hope PS4 games are compatible with PS5 because it's so much more convenient and already have a library right off the bat.
Man you guys are the corniest gamers on the planet

Yup! Still have my original copy from all those years ago. If OG Xbox backwards compatibility is ever a reality for Xbox One or any future Xbox, it's a toss up between Gunvalkyrie and Blood Wake for which I'd play first.
Wouldn't it qualify as a remaster with the resolution bump? I mean Activision got away with Prototype as a remaster when it was basically the same thing if I recall.
I think if resolution, frame rate, textures, etc. are improved from the original then it qualifies.
Even the PS2 on PS4 games are remasters in my eyes it just doesn't have the label.
Deathrow, Blood Wake, Gunvalkyrie, Jet Set Radio Future, or Mechassault.
Interesting...
Not enough memes around here
Man that Halo 2 reveal in 2003 was absolutely insane. The crowd reactions and young me being hyped as all hell. Those days of E3 were way better imo.
Compelling
Interesting
Both were responsible for Xbox getting it's mainstream push into the market. I hope Phil Spencer can bring that mentality back since Scorpio is the first Xbox release since he became head honcho.
Here's hoping for a great Xbox conference
I would call Inquisition average
I would call Andromeda abysmal.
Never have I seen a franchise (one of the best new IPs of last gen) tank so fast in terms of quality.
To an extent, yes. I bought it once the IW/CoD4 bundle dropped to $60 which was like around December. Haven't touched that Infinity Warman garbage, but CoD4R at launch aside from not all the maps being in the game was a very solid remaster since graphically it looks excellent and the gameplay was untouched.
Problem was, not too long after they added the rest of the core maps, they also added a storefront where you could buy "CoD Points" or whatever that trash ...
@nix wasn't much chaos? Were you on Reddit or Halo Waypoint at all? People are still pissed about it. It definitely was talked about A LOT considering they gave ODST Remastered and a remastered Halo 2 map for compensation.
I wonder how much different the bickering between Sega v Nintendo compared to Xbox v PlayStation would be if the Internet was as widespread and mainstream appeal was identical.
It's a twitch shooter. It's meant for balance not realism lol
Oh man...world hunger is a false flag too caused by SJWs on the internet.
If you guys hate Xbox so much why bother caring? Will never make sense to me. You guys have hated Xbox pretty much it's inception, your perception of it won't change.
Xbox doesn't need to cater to people who will never like the product.
I think the game was just atrocious as a whole. The politics involved to me aren't remotely an issue.

I played the 10 hour EA Access trial and pretty much right off the bat it didn't feel like any of the older Mass Effect games.
None of the characters are likeable or memorable, the graphics are worse than Inquisition, gameplay feels like a sub par Gears of War/Destiny hybrid, and just the overall feel of the game threw me way off.
