Sounds like fun. Really want to try this game, but still need to beat The New Order first.
Yeah the Nazi Party came about in 2016. Wolfenstein is a new IP.
You said "Xbox" that's why
CDPR is pulling from the pen & paper Cyberpunk 2020 which was a cooperative table-top game so adding multiplayer isn't a bad thing at all as you would play the table-top..you know, with multiple people. It's like questioning why games based on D&D or Warhammer would feature multiplayer.
The Witcher is a narrative rich grounded experience telling the story of a singular character (unless you consider Ciri a main protagonist) so it would only work as a single ...
Sounds like most AAA games nowadays
I am disagree
@Lighter9 Old, yes. Crappy? No. Can't speak for the new Wolfenstein as I haven't played them yet, but in Doom 2016's case, it's the best Doom yet and one of the best FPSs of all time.
@KwietStorm I agree with that but what I was implying was that the term "Souls-like" is appropriate as a description term when talking a specific kind of ARPG.
Games like Nioh, Lords of the Fallen, and The Surge would not be designed the way they are without the foundation Demons Souls set
Yet we've been calling certain sidescrollers "metroidvania" for years
Still need to snag this game. The screenshots in this expansion look crazy good.
Beautiful snowy locales will always grab my attention so probably going to pick up the GOTY edition at some point
Bizarre was closed by Activision, not Microsoft.
I love everything about this game aesthetically and have high hopes since it's Kojima but do think they announced it too early if they're only working on the script now.
That was Doom for Switch.
Just something to complain about
I just think it's funny everytime people get worked up over this, Blizzard ups the ante. It's fun to watch because it's a non-issue.
Haven't played a Forza Motorsport since FM4, but this might be the first one I get this generation when I pick up an X later this year. Looks so good.
@morganfell As someone who has played Halo 1-Reach on a very competitive level, I am very aware of the speed each game offers and how it translates into gameplay in multiplayer.
Halo 5, to me, has the gunplay speed and precision of Halo 2 with the faster kill times but the overall movement and ways to navigate the maps feel more similar to H1 than any other Halo (hell, you can even nade a weapon and launch it across the map for you to grab which is ripped straight from CE a...
Everyone saying Halo 5 is a twitch shooter does not know what a twitch shooter is. Halo 2 plays faster than 5. H5 has the illusion of speed due to sprint, thrust, etc. The maps are made larger to accommodate for the perception of speed. It's why Truth is so much bigger than Midship yet game time to completion is generally around the same when comparing 2 to 5.
Does H5 play different than old Halo? Obviously. But every single Halo has played fundamentally different from ...
Hard to get excited for a lot games nowadays due to minimal time to play and lack of interest in a lot of new titles, but you bet your ass that I'm riding the TLOU II hype train all the way. The game that introduced me to Playstation and the craftsmanship of Naughty Dog. A title I will not miss out on.
