i cant believe M$ wont just admit they made a s**t console (at least in the hardware, if u love the 360 its up to you really...), instead they just try to spin it and blame the consumer. u've obviously never used ubuntu, where getting a new program is as simple as breathing!!
You go to the 'add/remove applications' program, search what you are after, click on it and tell it to install. No need to search on google coz its all on the desktop, and it takes a fraction of the time that Windows does.
I kinda agree with you on the advertising front, but all the big distros are bank-rolled by a big company. Ubuntu is done by Canonical, Fedora has one aswell ...

maybe if he looked worldwide he might realise that the PS3 is catching up with the 360 on a month to month basis, maybe there should be a 'the 360 is done' article, but i cant see that happening anytime soon thanks to media bias...

gamers arent that willing to upgrade to the next M$ machine i think would be a more appropriate title, seeing as how they suddenly dropped the 1st one, and have had the worst failure rate in the history of electronic goods on the 2nd one...
Sony and Nintendo have a loyal fanbase coz they know they are guaranteed to work for as long as they should, and arent constantly worrying that 3 red lights might appear on the front of it....
i love how he starts off 'ohh, we have digital distribution for videos, it pwns, look at sonys poor effort' then when asked about DD for full games he's like 'ummm well, tht just doesnt make sense at the moment...'.
MAKE YOUR MIND UP!! your company is either supporting or not supporting DD, and that would mean all forms of it!

All the people that converted to Linux/Mac aint gonna come back, meaning less people are gonna willing get Windows 7 (and by willing i mean go to the shop and buy it, not be forced to have it on a new PC).
im very happy to be on Linux, it works how it should, all the options i need are easy to find (unlike EVERYTHING being hidden in Vista and i can assume its the same for 7), and it runs a whole lot smoother and more secure than Windows ever could :)
i always thought 'M$' and 'system error' belonged in the same sentence :P
well its not exactly hard to run better than vista lol, the big question is whether it runs better than linux/mac which have been better for YEARS. I suppose it might even be worth seeing if it runs better than Windows 98 (the ONLY half-decent operating system M$ ever made)
dont think this is gonna be as good as it should of been, i was really looking forward to the PS3 version, but then they put it on the wii instead :(
kinda dissapointed in Capcom, and im hoping they make the next one for the PS3 coz i loved the PSP versions, and all this looks like is a PSP port (the graphics are near enough the same, and it looks like the levels from MHF1 other than the underwater bit...)
im not gonna test it coz M$ are useless imo. Linux does everything i need and more, and that includes gaming :) and i dont have to see Ballmer running around a stage and sweating like crazy telling me to buy Windows either....
its funny how they have all these 'can (insert game here) save the PS3?' yet there are no 'Can (insert game here) save the 360 from all the terrible spin-offs/sequels to halo?'....... i would prefer to see more of them and not more of this 'oh look, the PS3 sold 1 less console this week, it must be failing' type articles....
apparently, dont quote me on this, its somewhere between vista and XP, as its less memory hungry than Vista, but slightly more powerful than XP, so im having an educated guess at saying u can probably run it on a 2mhz single core processor, 1gb RAM computer, 256mb graphics card, that sort of thing
Actually, they had already started programming the PS3 version when they realised they were gonna run out of money (this was when they didnt know how to program for the PS3 and had a 20min install for DMC4) they ported the engine to the wii, downsized it and made this instead. It was always gonna be a PS3 exclusive, but they changed it half-way through.

im actually shocked, they charge to play online with the 360, charge you to absolutly ruin your computer (or 'upgrade to Windows Vista' as they call it), but now they are giving it away for free!!
