@Levian she was called Aeris in the EU version too (i'm in the UK), so i don't understand why they call her Aerith either when talking about FF7 lol
The 'game' was pretty good, but having to zoom in on the panels to find secrets and then connect them to the other secrets was a little annoying. A standalone DVD would get rid of that and make it a much more enjoyable event.
I do hope that a PS Vita version of GT is being developed, as the handheld can manage PS3 level visuals they could effectively port GT5 to the Vita with a few changes. I would be happy enough with that :)
It mentioned in the changelog (well, the one on Wikipedia, i've yet to update mine) that it blocks the hole in the PSN game that VHBL was due to run from, so yup that exploit has gone.
You only joined 1hr ago and have already spammed a load of different articles... another spambot reported :)
So they are just targeting either people who wanted a 2nd console in the house to actually have someone to play with on Japanese Xbox Live... or replacing a RROD console...
I can't see this will sell any more units than normal
He is right though, in my opinion. I grew up playing the NES and all the nintendo consoles upto Gamecube (i only owned the NES & various Gameboys upto the original DS though, my friends had the other consoles) and i used to be a massive Ninty fanboy. But with the Wii it felt to me that they lost their way a little, and the Wii U even more so.
If Ninty can recapture the feeling gamers got from their earlier consoles then they would be fine, but they are just chasing the ca...
Ditto :) getting so fed up of these spambots....
TV TV SPORTS TV! that's what the real gamers want!!
/sarcasm
And just where is the PS3 version?
You remember the PS3, don't you Sega? You know, the console where the last 4 Yakuza games have been released? The place where your fanbase are?
So annoyed we aren't getting Yakuza 5 in the west (well, no mention of it at the moment) and now Yakuza 1+2 HD are not being released in the West on PS3 at all by the sounds of things....
It was a Sony handheld, therefore part of the massive Sony fanbase, but they also released a few on PS2 and Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD (Japan only) on PS3. Then they decided to jump to Nintendo..... which makes no sense to me if i'm honest.
Putting Monster Hunter on the Wii U, leaving behind the MASSIVE Playstation fanbase already established for the series and taking it to the console with the smallest install base which is more regarded as a family console than a hardcore console (Monster Hunter is a pretty Hardcore series)... yeah, good move Capcom...
Exactly, bubbles to you!
@voodoogts different parts of the company though, people just accept DRM on office software etc (not that we like it though) but not on media like Games, Films and Music which is why so many services advertise that they are DRM free now.
I personally don't see this as an issue if the 3rd party capture devices aren't compatible. Whenever i watch a 'play with' video on youtube, or some sort of walkthrough video, most if not all of them are under 10mins long, the ones that are over that have nowhere near as many views and tend to be a bit boring if i'm honest.
If the PS4 and Xbox One support video recording onboard for upto 15mins, with instant upload features, why spend the £100+ on a d...
God Eater Burst is brilliant, and definitely fills the void Monster Hunter left when they sold out and went to Nintendo... not that i'm annoyed at them or anything lol
If you liked MH you will like GE, it's pretty much the same concept but based in a neo-tokyo, the fights are a LOT quicker (most of the first and second tier missions can be completed in about 10-15mins even if you are picking up materials before slaying the monsters), and i personally think the weapon ...
Sounds like a very interesting concept, almost a little like Rez (i think that's what it was called) on the PS2, the further along you got the quicker/more remixed the music became, and if the beauty of the ocean life can be enhanced by the music then it might become a definite purchase for me as it sounds like a brilliant game to relax to.
The game was incredibly addictive on PS3, mainly as you aimed to 'rainbow' (perfect) the levels, and if you managed to make it to the 19th wave out of 20 and just 1 monster gets through you just feel the urge to restart. Before you know it you've spent a few hours on the same level and really enjoyed it.
As i'm from the UK it's not out til later today, but i will definitely be purchasing it for my vita
I agree, but thanks to Nintendo and Cashcom selling out, there's an exclusivity deal in place that prevents them coming to the Vita. On the upside, due to there not being any MH games on Vita i have discovered God Eater Burst (and will be purchasing God Eater 2 when it releases) and also like the look of Toukiden, both quite similar to MH but looking a bit better, and both exclusive to Vita if i'm not mistaken :)
Well as long as they localise God Eater 2 i'll be happy, i LOVE God Eater Burst
