It's a real shame Sega went out of the console race.
Some of my fondest childhood gaming memories are from the Master system.
I still smile when I think of Wonder Boy in Monsterland and Micky mouse castle of Illusion.
Sorry, I know this is about the Dreamcast.
I'll be quiet now.
I don't understand what this article is about.
Are they saying that MSG are working on more than a dozen Natal titles ?
"Over 20 Natal related patents" what are they?
Can someone at MS please tell us something new about Natal?
Sony still looking for that Halo killer.
Thats the spirit...Never give up.
"The new game, code-named Project Needlemouse, will debut sometime next year on as-yet unidentified consoles."
This could be a Wii exclusive for all we know.
SEEEE GAAAA !!!!
2D Sonic with HD graphics.
I'm smiling from ear to ear.
Welcome back old friend.
"You can kill literally every living thing in the game"
That sounds like a challenge.
I wonder if it will be an in game achievement?
I thought they were supposed to play games?
As for the question at hand...I dunno, PS3 probably.
I cannot agree with this.
Nintendo do not have to do a damn thing right now.
Just because Sony buys every developer they find doesn't mean thats the best way to do things.
There Nintendo they have always been here.
I started gaming over 20 years ago now, and Nintendo were there.
Now here I am Thirty years old, and Nintendo? yup still here.
Despite Sega's, Sony's, and now Microsoft's best efforts they will always be here.
I think MS will be OK this holiday season.
But what they can do in the long term is start poking there first party studios to produce some more exclusive IP.
Of course a hardware price drop will help, it's all about the games at the end of the day.
Right kids?
I think we all expected high sales for the PS3 slim. The trick is maintaining those numbers.
Not to be a Mr negative...
But how many current owners of the fat PS3 went out and got a slim?
Some say that the 360 sales numbers are help by people buying new consoles to replace there RROD'd model, how do we not know that These first and second week numbers aren't helped by the current install base?
I'm not hating, I just thought it was a relevan...
"Halo Warthog Racing."
That sounds like a good game to me.
Maybe you could upgrade and customize your warthog.
And have some insane sonic the hedgehog like tracks with massive loops and twists.
And even some co-op play one player driving, the other manning the gun turret taking out the other racers and Covenent bots.
Brilliant!
Played both have we?
Hmmm.
"We were also told that the CPU included in Project Natal's camera is more powerful than previously thought. Although we're not quite sure what this implies, the words "something big" were used. Consider us intrigued."
I wonder what this will be about?
I'm looking forward to seeing the Halo Reach engine in action.
And thank god, something new from Rare.
I really want another Crimson Skies!
PD2 would be great as well MS need all the exclusive IP's they can muster.
Rare has a lot of franchises that are MIA, Conker, Perfect Dark, Killer Instinct, Jet Force Gemini.
Where the hell are these games?
It's surprisingly good.
Once you get leveled up a bit you can get very creative with how you deal out the pain.
And collecting all the agility orbs can get pretty time consuming.
and there are some fun achievements in the game as well.
like i said the story's light but its the game play ( and those damn orbs ) that keep you coming back.
The first game was great.
I admit I wasn't gonna get it, until I played the demo.
I had so much fun in that short time in Pacific City I had to go out and buy the game.
The story did feel a little light, but that twist at the end set up for the sequel perfectly.
Can't wait.
That's about what I expected from this title.
I get the feeling were gonna see ODST at the top of allot of sales lists.
The Reach beta alone will help bring in the sales.
It wouldn't be a splinter cell game without the trigoggles.
I'm Gonna miss lambert barking orders in my ear though.
No radar, energy shield or dual wielding.
No worries.
