Hm, I have an idea of the game size. Do you KNOW it? But the size of the game is not what defines the frame rate at all, so this subject is irrelevant.

I would say it is the reality, but not the perception. Lots of efforts on the MS's side, uber laziness and ridiculously bad software on Sony's. Yet, somehow, most people are still relatively blinded by all the great marketing and promises Sony done in 2013.
