Yeah, it is not that simple, but, theoretically, if there was this choice, what would you choose?
To be honest, I'd choose even 720p if it allowed 60 FPS.
Yup. I'm glad to see this news at only 70º.
Screw this little game.
Agreed.
Frame rate is way more important to me than extra resolution. The benefits are much bigger.
What about The Witcher's "we are aiming at 30 fps on consoles"?
This phrase pretty much guarantees I won't make a blind buy (aka preorder) for this game.
Anyway, I'd rather have more features and run at 30 FPS than a simplified 60 FPS game. I just hope they don't gave up on the best frame rate to put irrelevant shinier graphics.
Okay, #3.1.3. You're kidding, right?
So this is all evil work by evil Activision, who oppresses poor Bungie, against its will, forcing it to make millions out of schemes like this?
Really?
SMH... No wonder gaming industry is how it is now.
It is pretty obvious that they are forcing people to buy it. They know that more options could be added, but the option was for the dirty scheme.
Congrats for making the industry a 0,000001% better place.
Yay, Bungie!
Such a top developer, huh?
After 300 hours, this is something I won't support. My copy is already announced on eBay.
I played about 300 hours of it. The business model is one of the worst ever, but the gameplay is awesome.
Well, I won't support it anymore. I was on the fence about paying 20 bucks for a raid that obviously would be in the retail game if they didn't have such a great focus on milking DLC, but I have made my decision as soon as I knew that they locked previously available core mechanics to people that didn't buy the overpriced DLC.
So... My game w...
Sony's logo.
A game delay means troubled development. Nothing more.
But yeah, sheep minded gamers will always echo what industry shoves down them.
Do you think any company do anything for a reason different than theirs?
Jeez...
Hype is bigger for games closer to release. That's the only reason why they lie about fake release dates.
The game was never meant to be released in the other false announced dates.
Read the comments above. Yes, gamers are so gullible that they are actually grateful for it. Haha
No wonder the industry is how it is now.
They probably saw the s*** storm they were about to fce when they release the 25FPS console version and are worried about it now.
Sheep like to say "delays are great, it helps the product", but the truth is actually the opposite: the need of delays show that the development is troubled and they are not being able to reach even a minimum is what they wanted to.
Trouble ahead.
It never stopped...
People like delays, so we have gave them a blank check to always announce a fake release date at first.
Ooor it could just be a coincidence that ALL AAA titles are delayed now. lol
Are we gonna split CoD in CoD and CoD Online?
BF5 and BF Online?
SF5 and SF Online?
Is "The Binding of Isaac Online" BUNDLED with "The Binding of Isaac"? Awesome!
Seriously?
Why the hell the mere online component of the game is being treated as if it was a different game?
With GTA5 it was done by R* so they could treat "GTA Online" as a "free game" and fill it with microtransactions and g...
I think it is already calculated and simply not rendered.
Anyway, the "draw distance" was disgusting.
Or down.
As if...
