I love JC, but JC3 is a very bad game. Bad controls, repetitive and uninspired "missions", bad performance.
Im glad I Just rented it instead of buying.
But as a PS+ game, Nice high profile title.
For what is worth, NMS is a game so repetitive and horribly designed that I wouldnt be surprised if the clone is actually better than it.
I bet they dont lose a second of sleep with their millions worrying about these lies.
As will no developer using NMS-like as a selling point and heck this is a huge one...
Yeah, because selling millions is the opposite of what companies want.
Housemarque games are all top notch. Alienation is a contender for best game on PS4 imo.
Very cool and very repetitive. A rent will probably be enough, since with 20% completion, the game completely stops showing anything new.
Again, a very nice and beautiful game, but sadly underdesigned.
That was included in their always online plan. It was severely miscommunicated and people didn't even want to consider it.
The plan was somewhat bad, though, as retailers were somehow involved in this resell practice.
So, considering this:
1. I don't think MS will do it "for free".
2. I don't believe in their good will of doing this in a consumer friendly manner.
But yeah, resellable digital copies would...
1 thing no game should even take from lots of games: Underwater levels.
Talk about a low moment in New Order...
So the host is the only one to carry mission progress? I can live with that. No big deal to me and still day one.
Answering your question, it is a full, complete and totally functional game for years.
TXIDarkAvenger, to each his own. I obviously disagree with you about the pricing, but am happy that you liked it. Nothing better than one of our favorite games getting even bigger and better. I hope the fanbase likes it as well. The circle must keep going on and on.
oONinjavitiSOo, procgen maps are there for years already. All rifts are procedurally generated, for instance, and, experts may correct me here, rifts are the meat of the endgame. IMO, the endgame in D3 is even b...
^ I like the premise of the game, but it still sucks a lot even today. It is a lot of pure repetition.
Did you see 10 seconds of a "planet"? You saw it all.
About the "price being paid"... You gotta be joking. But I don't know, maybe by "paying the price" you mean "making more money than they could ever dream or get honestly", yeah, maybe they paid the price.
Not sure if trolling or...
Well, in case you're not trolling...
1. "Diablo III: Reaper of Souls is ranked in the top 3.0% of games scored on OpenCritic"

2. The game keeps improving every update. Every FREE update, just like the one released with the new class. For free.

Yet they have severe moral issues. This is the kind of company that should vanish.
People want it, people think it is worth, people buy it.
As a company, why the hell would they want to make less money, even when they have the best MP shooter ever made in their hands?
It is very easy to do charity with someone else's money.
@Shin-Zantetsuken
I agree a lot with your comment.
There are three things that define Destiny, though:
1. Ultra tight, near perfect shooting mechanics.
2. 100% absurd and voluntary game content starvation to sell DLCs.
3. Skinner box (cassino) cheap addictive mechanics, regardless of actual skill.
Anthem needs to replace 1 with near perfect "third person shooting" mechanics to be on par.
About 2 and 3...
Apart from TLOU2, FF XII and Death Stranding, as said by the site...
Dreams, Wild, Crash, Nex Machina, Shenmue, From Software's game, dozens of great indies...
Sony has a lot to show, but I really don't care about the "nothing new" being shown. There is a ton of high quality games on the horizon.
Aisha alone guarantees this will be a good presentation. As for content, hard to be worse than EA or Bethesda.
Stopped reading at free to play.
Slime Rancher is a top notch title. A different one, but very good.
Trials Fusion, the same.
JC3 and ACFC: Two AAA titles. Plus Downwell.
Which one is the best? Personal taste. Both are amazing.
To me, Downwell and Slime Rancher are the only two really good titles this month. The others are AAA stuff, yeah, but not very good in gameplay and polishing terms.
