No, it was ported to the last gen without all the features. It is not even cross gen, since old consoles couldn't even run it with all its features.

Also you can buy in a different account and sell it later. Here I usually get the same prize I paid for the game when I resell its account. If I couldn't resell, I wouldn't buy most of my games, as they would have much less value as a product.
