That actually sound like a good idea for a Kinect game. Sentai super hero moves DO resemble dance moves a lot and it could be fun to control a super hero fight that way.
Not that Ubisoft ever really proved themselves on the DS or Wii with their casual titles, so I doubt the actual game will be any good, but at least the IDEA sounds good.

There are no solid specs released for it yet and even if it uses cheap three year old tech it will still easily over power the PS3 and 360 which are six and seven year old tech respectively. Hell they could put two gigs of RAM in and that would make a big difference. If the R700 GPU part is true then they can probably natively run 1080P games at around 30+ FPS(internally) with some AA and that's all it needs to do to noticeably outperform the current HD consoles.
Well if BF3 comes out this fall and Cafe comes out next fall then I guess Cafe will launch with a port of a year old game? Yay? Whatever.
Oy. This is an easy one. The sales have dropped off because:
1.) Price is kind of high for a portable. Know your audience and meet or exceed their expectations.
2.) 3D novelty wears off pretty fast. Most people seem to turn it off.
3.) The built in augmented reality games simply weren't as fun as Wii Sports. There's nothing comparable to say Wii bowling, wii golf, or Wii baseball home run derby.

You have no idea what kind of game Alan Wake IS do you? It's essentially just a third person shooter. It's NOTHING like Heavy Rain. It is not QTE based mystery/adventure game with multiple characters or endings. It's just a shooter broken into episodes with a plot behind it and that plot is 1.) a love letter to Twin Peaks and 2.) a very self aware Stephen King-esque storyline.
