It was lack of 3rd party support, and Sony's Marketing of the PS2 that killed the Dreamcast. I owned every console last generation and never once used my PS2 or Xbox as a DVD player. CD's were already being used on PC's and for music before Sony's PS1. Blu-Ray is not necessary. Plain and simple. To a next gen console yet. Heck there are still millions of people buying new PS2's right now. For Nintendo's PR to say that Halo 3 wouldnt sell 360's is way out of line. Just like Mario, Zelda, Metroid, MGS, FF, etc... will bring in people who are on the fence about purchasing a new console. The reason the 360 and PS3 are lagging behind the Wii in sales is because of the price. I may prefer the 360 but I will be the first to admit that the PS3 has better games than the Wii at this point too....
Warhawk is a great game. I didnt mind paying the $60.00 to get it because I was also able to get the Bluetooth headpiece which is also compatable with my cell phone. They just want to make the game available on disc for the same amount as what you can download it for. I am actually surprised that more people havent purchased this game for the PS3. To me Warhawk and Ninja Gaiden Sigma are the best games so far for the PS3...
