Give me your sources for all those.
You saying Sony has acquired QD, Blue point, and Insomniac, PLUS a few more studios? Need to see the proof.
The test used to determine "the better gamer" I don't think necessarily proves that though. Better reaction time sure, but not all games are reaction based so...
What do you mean by this? Are you saying it's no longer a joke?
**"It was only a matter of time once they opened the door a crack for Fortnite. I expect more games will follow suit."**
I was told on n4g that there will be no "opening of the floodgates" and that more games would not be following suit because the beta program is a ruse and that Sony only allowed crossplay with fortnite because the game was "too popular to ignore".
Is this no longer the case? Has Sony changed their stance an...
Another GEM. Amazing. Can't way to play this
Should bring this to consoles, looks pretty good.
"People complaining about puddles but not this would be very suspicious"
HA! 😂 🤣
Finally!
LOL, funny how he just ignores this comment.
Funny thing is if the roles were reversed he'd be poking fun at how sony fans are crying "conspiracy" lmao
Yeah in my last paragraph I agree that certain things can be boring or might lose their charm after doing it so many times, so you just take those stuff out in the next game.
I loved GTA4's driving. People were just upset that they couldn't turn corners on a dime going 120 mph lol.
GTA5's driving is still fun and enjoyable, but doesn't require much skill so everyone is pretty much adept at it online. There is definitely a lot less complaining about GTA5's driving than there was for 4s that's for sure so R* did what's best for the majority in the end.
I agree with some points, but most things brought up is just nitpicking.
It's a video game at the end of the day. Yeah things aren't consistently true to realism throughout, but the point is to appreciate the realistic aspects that there instead of complaining about the things that aren't. No game will probably ever be consistent with realism in the entire game, but each sequel will always expand and improve on it.
And yeah some things being ...
@Skull521
"People are getting real butthurt over this game because 12x an Xbox One X means the tech in place is already far beyond what a PS5 will be capable of. Gonna make the reveal of the PS5 even more lackluster than the reveal of the PS4 Pro"
What triggered you to bring up the 5 and Pro? LOL
"Oh I did, trust me. I just lurked here & was more active elsewhere."
No, I meant why didn't you tell people not to "whine" about the PS4 being the more powerful system now that the shoe is on the other foot like you are doing so now?
Because you do realize that what happened at the beginning of this gen was carry over from last gen when people touted 360 multiplat superiority. So naturally if the follow up to the PS3 was going...
"The same people that defend it here are the ones that have no problem jumping into a switch article and downplaying the fact that a hybrid system pushes 900p on dock and 720p in handheld mode. It’s quite funny. "
And the same people that defend the Switch's lack of power, downplay the Pro, funny that.
"The fact of the matter is, it NEVER should have mattered. Fanboys had to fan though. So don't whine & write snuggle pieces to make yourself feel better now that you're been clearly outclassed & it's all coming home to roost"
Where were you in the beginning of this gen and why didn't you and others that share your exact opinion, say this exact statement in the beginning of this gen?
That might be why Fortnite is getting the first crack at it, but I doubt that's Sony's overall reasoning for doing it in general.
Once a dev comes out and says that Sony said no to crossplay after a supposed policy change, they'll have bad PR all over again. Might as well have stood you're ground in first place if that were the case.
"Sony follows the money and Fortnite is a juggernaut of cash at the moment for Sony not to listen."
Not sure what you are trying say?
You're saying that Epic paid Sony to make it happen? Or that the lack of crossplay was hurting Sony's bottom-line?
I don't see either or as being true.
Doesn't make sense to restrict it to one game or a few select games or else people will just be on their asses all over again.
They are just testing it out now and should in theory lift the limitations after the tests are done.
If by dominate they mean come out on top sure it's a possibility, but they definitely won't be leaving their competitors in the dust kind of dominating if that's what they mean.
