They can keep the realism. I liked that about 4, but the over the topness of San Andreas is what gave the game replay value. R* should keep the realsim, but give us things like jetpacks and tanks through cheats and then all will be good.

Well it's tough to tell right now. As more information gets released about GTA5 people will either get more interested in the game or lose interest.
If I had to judge right now I'd say GTA5 wouldn't outsell it seeing how people hated GTA4 so much that they are now praising the Saints Row series... and of course MW3 will more than likely shatter sales records if history repeats itself.
I agree with making it 3-dimensional. I hope some levels have floating platforms like in smash bros. though despite it being 3-dimentional.

I loved the gameplay of FF12(except for gambits). FFvs13 looks like it's going with a FF12/Kingdom Hearts type gameplay which is good.

The story was meh for me, but the gameplay allowed me to forgive it. FF12 wasn't spectacular, but it wasn't terrible(*ahem* FF13) either. FF 12's battle system was good and should have been improved upon in 13. Same goes for the open world design...

This is really getting out of hand and straight up ridiculous. I won't be buying any DLC or purchasing the Hunter's pass(whatever it's called) because doing so is foolish. They plan in advance which content they are going to lock on the disc and release it as DLC. I refuse to get hustled like that so I'm going to plan in advance not to buy it.

You are basing that off of one trailer though. Let more information get released before you start calling it a GTA4.5. I'm one of those that felt like "it's more of the same after watching the trailer", but I'm not going to make assumptions based on that trailer only.
I agree that FF13-2 will be crap like FF13 was and how is GTA 5 a RUSHED REHASH? GTA 4 came out 2008. GTA 5 isn't coming out until 2012 the earliest. That's 4 years of development....
