As long as FFVS13 has a great story people won't call it a disappointment just because it didn't live up to the 6 years of hype it currently has.

Sony did this to make the very last bit of profit they could from KZ3. KZ3 overall is a huge CoDfication and Casualization failure. KZ2 still remains the best tactical console shooter this gen. Any Killzone fan will tell you this and any hater will of course say otherwise.
KZ3's online has very little people playing it while KZ2 has more people playing it than KZ3 which shows you how much better KZ2 is than KZ3.
I use to think that launching first mattered, but it doesn't... at least not that much. Look at the Wii... it didn't launch first but it is in first place.

That is an assumption and maybe a poor one at that. You are talking more after the fact. Everyone (including Sony) expected the PS3 to have a good launch due to the PS2 ...

No it wouldn't be epic. It'd be epic if you didn't own a PS3, but overall it would just mean content would get cut.
They would no longer be trying to the best that they can with Versus 13 if it went multiplat because they would now be making sure that all console versions are on par with each other and making sure that the Wii U version isn't a gimmick instead of focusing on making a great game.

I stopped reading when the author said he liked/though the ending fit the universe. I'm not surprised though. The only person that would write an article like this is someone that is a bit upset and tired that they are in the minority which in this case would be those that liked the ending.
FF13 didn't make me laugh, it made sad and angry. FF13-2 made me laugh my pants off though. WHO the HELL wanted a sequel to the worst FF game? I'm pretty sure most fans wanted Versus13 or FFXV lol. What a joke 13-2 is lmao.

Last I checked MUST have PC titles consisted of mainly MMOs, RTSs, and online FPSs... PERIOD.
What was the last ***GREAT*** single player experience on the PC? Half-Life?
I'd like to have BC out of pure convenience. But if it the PS4 doesn't have BC no big deal. I'm not going to skip buying a next gen console just because I can't play last gen games on it.
