First half of the review is complaining about the characters...

Don't tell me you're saying that because of the score.

If it is a "str8 up clone from Smash Bros" then shouldn't the complaints be how the game plays "str8 up" like Smash Bros and not how it doesn't do this and that like Smash Bros?

The game is fun as long as you aren't playing the game for the sole purpose to see if it's better than Smash. I'm not surprised by this score at all.

And now whenever one of these "Live app" sites gives a positive review for a PS exclusive people are going to bring it up.

No conditions required. Anyone that has played the beta (with an open mind and not comparing it to smash) should know that the game is solid and by no means "bad." I'd give the beta an 8/10 myself and that's just with one game mode and 6 characters. The final version can only be better. I expect around 7.5-8.5 from IGN(I'm leaning toward 8.5).
