Yeah it kinda sucks. Games that release from late November till the end of December tend to be left out of the nominees for GOTY. Yeah, FC3 will be eligible for next year, but I doubt we'll see it nominated for GOTY with games like the Last of Us, GTA, Bioshock, Gears, and other possible currently unannounced games set to release in the fall of next year.

Exactly. Nothing went wrong with the game. Is there room for improvement? Sure, but that goes for every game. PS All-Stars Battle Royale is definitely a nice solid first effort by SuperBot.
What's funny is that people like you were the ones that tout how they want their gaming systems to be a jack of all trades entertainment box and are glad Microsoft is pushing the envelope to do that, but then get pissed off whenever the 360 doesn't come atop for the use of some non-gaming related thing.

SuperBot/Sony aren't to blame for the characters,but the game definitely would have sold better if Lara, Crash, Cloud, Snake, Sora were in the game.
It's sad that the game didn't fly off the shelves out the gate, but this could be one of those titles that could still end up reaching a mil or two overtime despite not having an outstanding launch.
I'd give it an 8.5, but I do agree that the gameplay is THE best part of the game which I think is crucial because it gives the game a lot of replayability.
It's about the games. As of right now personally the Wii U doesn't have any games I want or any game that I'm eager to play right now. Even if I did enjoy playing with the Wii U what's the point in buying a the system now when it doesn't have any games that I'm extremely excited to get my hands on? I believe a lot of people's perception about the Wii U will change over the next couple of years as the games start rolling out though.
