well cod5's multiplayer is just cod4's with the clock turned back 60 years so the comparison is fair
but honestly the original far cry's multiplayer was kinda fun but annoying at times, without the customization of the perk system and such i doubt far cry will have the shelf life, but the map edito is awesome and wish more games had this
far cry does with the map editor what forza does with the liverly editor, it makes the game appeal to more than those who just want...
i doubt it but it would almost make sense
they are being produced around the same time and most likely in the same place so why not combine the production and cut cost
however i assume the dpad will be exactly like the current ones, and why they don't just fix the dpad on the current controls boggles my mind
i just get tired of turning on my night vision every time i go to call in an air strike in cod4
the price didn't go up...it is the same price as the white and black ones, the $50 versions don't come with the recharge packs

the consoles alone aren't really any cheaper, but they often have ridiculous bundles for instance a 360 pro with 2 controllers,charge kits, and madden 09 is $350
games run about $5 cheaper alone and accessories tend to be much cheaper
i was hoping for more interesting perks myself
i still don't think i'm gonna get this game until well after release or at all, it just isn't grabbing me
best place for controllers is sams club, you get a 2 pack of wireless 360 controllers for $75

the controller that came with my console is finally feeling the wears of daily use so i'm probably gonna pick one of these up
you aren't seeing any changes because it was made clear that there was no update coming and this was all preparation
even after the messages to every live member, the countless articles and updates people still expected the new dash
there seems to be some issues with cod4 as well
for some people it is taking a long time to get into a game, but it seems in my region we can't connect at all
i like how people are trying to discredit this game already, after seeing 5 minutes total of the first act
grow up, this game is going to be awesome, it is already receiving killer previews for the campaign and multiplayer
if you can't see this an improvement over the first game then you've never played the first one, anyone who has played the first game can see the vast improvements made just from the small videos we have seen
its their own engine, and apparently it likes to make everything look plastic
i'm sure they will have a mix that runs the range difficulty wise
personally i suck at rhythm games and am quickly turned off by the fact that some of them are too hard
medal of honor was once a great franchise, allied assault was awesome online back in the day
then the guys who made that game awesome left and infinity ward was born
unless they get a staff of hungry young devs who give the series a grand overhaul its doomed for mediocrity

actually they are innovating quite a bit with the new dashboard and if you can't see that and the impact the new big features will have on consoles and online gaming you're blind
