honestly to me it just sounds like the writer wants to bash 360 and MS
the xbox's OS and dashboard are allocated on its own block of memory
it doesn't cut into the memory used by games at all
really doesn't look any more demanding than the current dash and from the videos it is already running incredibly smooth
and isn't november what microsoft said at e3 already?...not really anything ground breaking here
i expect it around the launch of gears
actually you're correct, one of the guys who designed the predator in films developed the skorge character
it is actually supposed to look like a predator as kind of a call back/homage to it and his previous work

the guys who voice the characters in gears are big name voice actors
judging by the quality of most mad catz peripherals i've owned over the years i wouldn't expect a whole lot...and if they do function well i wouldn't expect them to last very long
hope he comes out of it okay but a great drummer he is not
and hes not a guitar hero musician either, he sold millions of albums before ever showing up on guitar hero

the game is fun and deserves a much better score than it recieved
i've played through this game many times solo and with friends and it has been nothing but enjoyable
actually people saying that nobody buys int the wwe anymore is misinformed
currently the wwe is the biggest it has been since 1999, unfortunately popular =/= quality
programming sucks, the acting sucks, the games are weaker
but thats what you get when you have no real competition because tna is a joke and they bought everything else

halo has the female spartan but all it does is change the voice
although i do agree the point that was made about the maturity of some people is very valid
the amount of tea bagging, gears spanking, sexual innuendo laden commentary a female character would endure is quite absurd
some of the people you run across on live and psn seem to have never seen a woman and still play into the "boys a better" ...
i said this same this basically a few days ago in response to another article and was torn to pieces by the sony troops, but I fully agree with you
microsoft is laying the ground work to stick around for a long time in the console business
sony was a little too arrogent this gen and honestly made a lot of mistakes that sega made with the saturn, a price point that was too high and a lack of really quality games at the start
although sony is coming around...
i do wish more games at least had an option for female players because a lot of girls i know play games like COD

this game is too much on the fence for me to bother with a preorder

rare has plenty of skills it is just that their ideas are often too ambitious for what they can accomplish in the time they give themselves

rockband is closer to that aspect but guitar hero insists on changing the peripheral slightly every year and making the downloads not compatible cross version

cod:waw isn't going to be anythign like those games
