Even if it had a $10 upgrade from PS4 to PS5, I'm not sure I'd want to play it again. It was sort of a one and done game. Certainly not rebuying it for full price.
Not that it was a bad game, I'm just overwhelmed with so many other games that I don't care to spend my time playing this again. Now Rush of Blood, that's one worth playing again on PSVR2 if they upgraded...
"This includes the global availability (excluding Asia) of Call of Duty’s AI-powered voice moderation system in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Call of Duty will also expand voice moderation support to French and German for Black Ops 6 at launch."
All the trolls will suddenly start using Asian accounts.
This was nonsense. The application was full as soon as it went live. (for the US)
Ouch. This game had peaked my interest, due to the obvious Skies of Arcadia inspiration. I thought at worst, maybe it would be just an OK experience. I never expected it would be THIS bad.
Hard pass.
Dude needs to take a Silent Pill. 2 of them.
Definitely the weakest in the series. It had some weird difficulty spikes, inconsistent and I actually had quite a number of bugs, including crashes and freezing. Bc it was outsourced, it didn't hold the same quality as Media Molecule's entries.
With that said, I still enjoyed it and am glad I have my copy.
144hz means it will support up to 144fps, it supports 144hz monitors.
*Edit- I'll wait and jump into the PC version in a year or two after modders have made some awesome things to play with. That's the only reason I'm interested.
@RaidenBlack For sure! 🔥
Ryan McCaffrey must be dancing for joy right now! (lol, I know I am!)
They should make this game VR hybrid out the gate. There's no upcoming game more perfect for it that I can think of right now.
I addressed Coolbeans about it below, bc I'm the one who submitted it. (I don't like the sensationalist headline either) I'll just post it again here:

@coolbeans feel free to close this story down if you feel it's too problematic.
*Also in my comment above, I meant to say clarification, not apology

I changed the article to the original source as per N4G rules, but I'm now regretting it.
My intent was only to show that Yuji claimed it was a mistranslation, whether true or untrue. That's the...
I sure hope so!
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle was one of the best Ubisoft games in the last decade. For such an overused property as Mario, it actually felt really fresh! (Or Rabbids for that matter... and i never really cared about the Rabids b4 that) Maybe I'm partial too bc tactical rpgs are one of my absolute favorite subgenres.
I believe it's bc Ubisoft put a lot of trust into this guy. He strikes me as very genuine and passionate. I was glad that this game wasn't overloaded w mic...
No, bc that is very Nintendo-like! XD
Yea, I was going to submit an article from NintendoLife on this, which had a tamer title. But, I saw that the source was the IGN interview, so I had to source it appropriately. I'm not the biggest fan of IGN, but I do love interviews with Miyamoto. Sorry about that. We have to use the title that they used. :\
Further, the author of this paper explains the divisiveness of Alien Isolation by dividing the general responses into 2 camps.
"Based on their approach to gameplay, players commenting on the Alien can be roughly divided into two camps, which I will call experientialists and simulationists [9]. The former see the game primarily as an experience, while the latter see it as a simulated system. Experientialists are primarily interested in how the Alien “feels,” their point...
Give this a read. It's a scholarly analysis of the AI mechanics of Alien Isolation, investigating its fairness.

Great! It was always disappointing that Lords of the Fallen never got a proper sequel back in the day, so I'm glad the Reboot stirred up enough interest to warrant a sequel this time around.
Oh yay, Angel of Darkness! For some reason, my wife has a nostalgic attachment to this game. I like to remind her how much it sucks. Now she can experience the suck in 4k!
Last Revelation and Chronicles are decent though, I have good memories of them. I'll be picking this up.
